If I could get rid of the one star I would as it's not deserved. I banked with them for 18 years and it was okay. One afternoon I decided to use their wire transfer service offered through online banking. I wanted to wire $50 to my elderly mother. The service fee was $30 so to make it worthwhile I decided to up it to $200. All appeared okay until I got a call from their security and fraud department at 8pm the same day asking questions about the wire transfer. I declined to answer any questions and called in to the bank and was transferred back to the same individual in Portland. He proceeded to ask me a line of questions due to the "irregular" activity of the wire transfer. Keep in mind that it was their product that was offered via online banking, and that they called me at the number I had on file with them and that I verified my identity 2 or 3 different ways and told him that that it was me that made transfer and for how much. That did not satisfy him. He wanted to know why I made the transfer, who it was going to, and what the funds were for. I asked him why that was necessary and he said it was to protect the bank. I told him it was none of their business and that the $200 were my funds and I authorized the transfer...no fraud involved and that the rest was none of their business. He then told me if I wouldn't answer he'd block the transaction. I told him to go ahead. The next day after trying to use my debit card I found that all my banking services were frozen. After fighting with various over several banking reps on multiple phone calls I was able to get my debit card online, but could not get my online username restored so I could pay bills. They would not resume my service until I talked to the same guy that originally called, a Jason in Portland. I called one more time after about a week and a half of this nonsense and asked for a supervisor to file a complaint and to resolve this. After about 45 minutes of discussion among 3 different levels and being on hold I was transferred to Jason in Portland. At that point I blew up and told Jason he was a little bank Nazi and worse and that he could close my account and send me a check for my funds. Big mistake! They drug this out and I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone when I'd get my check. Some said the account was still active and pending closure, some said it was closed and a check was in process. Finally after 6 weeks and conflicting letters and phone information I got my check. 3 days after that I got a letter that was 20 days old saying that a check was being mailed. Never again. What a joke of an institution and they handle how much money?

Have been there to this location for a few occurrences and had the pleasure of being serviced by Brian which had the best customer service, and answered all questions to the best ability. However, as a previous Wall Street Broker/ Financial Analyst I felt extremely disrespected with the way Ms. Travis treated me as a customer, first being surprised that I was a customer I don't know why, having sarcastic remarks with me, and trying to charge me an extra "transactional fee" which I was not charged with last time with Brian... who only asked me for an ID, rather than having to present my Debit Card as well. I left saying have a great day and she didn't even have the respect to even acknowledge me and say something back because I left cancelling the transaction I was going to go through with. Thank god I went to the CHASE in Richland and they gave me NO issues. When even Ms. Stacy told me best place to go other than the Branch was to exchange was the airport! Best Regards, Irwin P

The worst bank we've ever used. Such long lines, understaffed miserable employees, our buyer for our house used them for the loan and they didn't order an appraisal until a day before closing and messed up everything. So personal banking and home loans we have experience with. I wouldn't recommend this bank for anything. You will end up completely frustrated.

I’ve never been to a worse US Bank branch. Older woman by the name of “Sheri” is extremely rude and cold shouldered. Claimed that her computer had frozen to not take more clients as she was clearly doing paperwork on the computer and wasn’t trying to un-freeze it. She finally says “Okay step forward”. Then gives me a dirty look about not having a deposit slip as it only took her one second to hand me one. Didn’t speak or smile the reminder of the transaction. Terrible woman.

There are 7 employees at desk (working on computer). 2 cashiers( 1 at drive thru.. 1 at counter. 5 people in front of me, 3 behind me. Already waited 9 minutes. If it wasn't for my mother in law, I'd leave. Terrible service
