Our teller was okay once they warmed up to us, but my biggest concern was seeing employees wearing masks improperly and not wearing them at all. We’re still in a pandemic, I understand they may not have to work super closely to each other, but it’s irresponsible and unprofessional. I would avoid using anything besides the ATM here unless absolutely necessary.

Poor customer service. They seem put out at having to deal with customers and it's hard if not impossible to get a hold of the branch via phone as they tend to leave it on voicemail, but I'm sure they will get extremely aggravated if I don't call my change order in prior to my arrival. If I try to do a change order on top of giving them my deposit they become really rude. I just drop my deposit in the night drop so I can avoid dealing with them and I'm not the only one. Miss our old branch that was perminantly closed. They were amazing.

I waited in line at the drive through for 40 minutes. When I finally got to the window it took five minutes simply to make a payment. There is a reason this is NOT the bank I use for my banking business. It appeared there were two tellers, one for each line. However, I witnessed both of the female tellers disappear from sight rather than quickly complete the transaction and be prepared for the next customer. Terrible customer service.

This is one of my favorite branches. The window is always pretty busy, but that’s normal for a bank. Always cheerful, professional, and helpful.

Their website says their drive through is open. Made a trip into town only to discover their website is wrong. It is closed and apparently it has been closed for about 3 weeks!!! Fix your website!!!

I have to say this is the absolute worst place to bank, I took my $500 at Target payroll check in, then they proceeded to tell me that they were going to hold it for five days because they needed to make sure the check from a major corporation was not going to bounce. Then I tried to deposit money into my mother's bank account they told me they needed my social security number which I thought was completely wrong. Then they told me they could not take $700 in cash and put it in my mother's bank account cuz it's a Federal Regulation but I could totally write a fraudulent check and deposit any amount into her account but they would not take the cash because they needed to know where it came from. I will never bank at this place I will stick to Numerica credit union, best bank ever!
