Took my MIL in to pay her bill and do a change of address, only 1 employee who was busy. 2nd employee arrived, clocked in and went in the back. By now there was a line to the door and when she came out she stood behind the counter and proceeded to braid her hair. Stood there waiting for her to finish and finally spoke up and asked if she was available. She was rude, condescending and refused to do a change of address without my FIL being present. I explained that he has Alzheimer’s and my MIL was right there. She refused and said he must come in. I had to go out and bring in my 83 yr old FIL with Alzheimer’s so she could glance at his ID. The line continued to the door and I asked if they had additional help. She said no their rep had quit. Extremely poor service and can’t emphasize how unfriendly or unhelpful they were

Definitely not recommended for phone service. Switched to Verizon for better service. After paying the phone off and paying the last bill they constantly send emails and threaten to send me to collections when everything was 100% paid off. Service was not good and they never answer phone calls or questions.

I want to recognize Mario Moreno at the Columbia Point location. Mario listened to my concern, repeated to me what he was hearing, then gave me options to choose from. He gave me undivided attention, professional support and helped me to leave the store happy! 2 days prior, I went to the Pasco, rd.68 location and left frustrated. Mario my go-to from now on! Go see Mario's and tell him, Collise sent you!Thanks Mario for a job well-done!

Here is where the 2 stars comes in. I cancelled my phone plan in December 2018 I had a tablet and phone. I had a $360 credit. Instead of giving me that credit I realized after 3 months that they were still charging me for my Tablet. I went in and it got closed out .... again. That did not happen. Instead i was yet again charged for the tablet for the next 3 months. I went in and talked to the representative and they called headquarters. The person on the phone said that the account was not closed properly both times by the representative. In short I never got the $180 owed back to me for their error. After letting the person know on the phone, they said it was my fault. The sales rep said they would talk to the store manager and see what could be done. I never heard back. I am a business owner and I know how reviews effect business. After 3 attempts to fix this and it was not done, dishonest actions like this though need to be known. Extremely dissapointed in how this was handled. I will not recommend or do business with US Cellular again.

The only reason I gave a second star is because Freddy C was great as was my experience with him. I ordered my new phone from him and he set me up to send my old phone back for a credit.

Leo clearly explained my new contract with U.S. Cellular and hooked me up with a great lilac purple s9+. Great service, great salesman, fantastic attitude, great conversationalist. Not pushy (considering I'd been in there 4 times browsing over the last month) and when I was finally able to get a phone, he explained everything clearly, and executed the setup with great efficiency.
