  All the ladies working there were awesome! I came in not knowing how to ship care packages to my deployed husband. And the ladies there walked me thru with what I needed.   The personnel here are rude and dismissive. The quality of service sucks and I've had two missing package from this office. Go to the Pasco one, they are way more friendly and will work with you.

  Went during the closing rush and the staff were upbeat and positive towards all customers. Seems that people only leave reviews to complain about a complex operation. Thanks for the great service!
