Unless simply dropping off stamped mail, I don’t think I’ve ever walked away not feeling disappointed in the USPS service at this store. The clerks haughty attitudes are off-putting. The extra drive to the post office is well worth the time, for competent, friendly service.

The little blonde woman working there tonight (12/20 @6pm) was rude. Didn't bother even looking at us. Was scraping the counter and answered my questions like I was stupid. This was my first time mailing a package with usps. Usually just order on Amazon and send out that way but I was behind on Christmas shopping so decided to ship myself. Definitely do not want to go back there. Would of gone to another location but this was the closest to my home that was still open when I got off work.

They have fresh organic fruits, cheeses, meats and even raw dairy! Only thing I didn't like was that their raw milk sells out fast and only comes in once a week.

Just killed a 13 year relationship. Product was marked different then accounting had programmed. Not my issue. Went and grabbed the price tag and took it up to customer disservice and you'd thought I robbed the brinks truck. Well I go somewhere else for $2. No. Well I go somewhere else for bad service. Yep.

Totally love the choices you get/have in specialty cheeses, olives in their wine bar. The veggies are to die for, with your selection really over the top. The fish market has so many things to select from that you'll change your dinner plans twice just looking over it to trying to decide on what you're having. The bakery has so many items that you'll get lost just looking. Oh have I said anything about their rotisserie chicken?? You can't go wrong with picking one up for that quick dinner or lunch. So yes, I will be going back, and back again because it's that good.

Be cautious when purchasing flowers at Yokes. On Valentines Day my hubby bought me a beautiful boutique. Two days later flowers were Dead! I ask how much he spent, he said $84. I called Yokes and spoke with night manager. I said I didn't want a refund but would like to switch the dead ones out. When I spoke to the florist she said, yeah some flowers don't get much water. She made a new boutique. I thanked her for making it write and left. I wish I would have requested a refund. Its been a week and EVERYTHING is dead, started dieing on Saturday (it had only been two days). I filled container to the top with water. It was too late. Now I know what florist was saying. She fills a little vase with flowers but its so crammed with flowers the water cannot reach all stems. Why not use a bigger vase or less flowers? Would that not fix the issue? She knew the issue, fix it. Yokes is supposed to be a "quality " store. I stopped buying from the seafood deli last year because the items were stinky, shrimp and cod. I told my spouse no more seafood or flowers from there.

The deli is charging 8.99 for their Ceaser pasta salad. $15.60 for 1.13 lb container. I called them because I thought it was an error. I was told it was correct it sells for 8.99 a lb. That's about the cost of steak

I would love to give this store five stars, but the quality of the prepped salads and the baked goods in the bakery have gone downhill in the past couple years. Having gotten the bad stuff out of the way, I have to add that the service is top notch, and the variety of meats, cheeses, olives and seafoods is the best I've seen in Kennewick. As mentioned by others, the regular prices are higher than the big grocers, but their sale prices are extremely competitive. I have often picked up 93% fat free ground beef for under $3 a pound. They have a nice organic selection throughout the store, as well as in their Nature's Corner aisles, which have plenty of choices in canned and bagged goods, dairy items, frozen products and organic beverages. Many of the employees have been there since I started going to Yokes over 10 years ago.

Always helpful floor staff, and there is never a long wait for a register. The sales prices are as good as at any other grocery store. The produce and meats are top quality.

There is a reason why yokes fresh market has fresh In their title yokes fresh markets produce, seafood and meat is by far the best I've found in a grocery store here in the Tri-Cities. They have lots of gluten-free and vegan options in their nature's corner... so for those who have an alternative diet and you are having a hard time finding food this is a great place to come. Now let's talk about how friendly they are, the Store as a hole has a relaxed friendly vibe about it, from the barista to customer service and the cashier. Whatever you need help with customer service makes it clear that they are there to serve you first and foremost. they don't rush you and act like they have better things to do, they genuinely take care of what you need

I’m a vendor and I shop at the four stores here in Tri Cities WA. I by groceries here and I’ll have to tell ya. Their hot deli is the best in the Tri Cities.Yokes should offer classes to the other grocery stores around here on how to fry chicken and do ribs. Their (Yokes) chicken is almost never dry when I buy it fried, and their ribs are hot and tender, the way I like them. YOU GO YOKES!!!
