“This is the best vet in tri cities hands down! I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and all the staff there are the most caring , sweetest humans. I’ve had to put all of my animals down there through out all these years and even 3 weeks ago and My doctor is Dr Stidum and he truly connects with his patients & truly cares for our animals. Kim at the front desk is a sweetheart also! Not only was everyone so sweet and apologetic of the loss of my dog Bella ( everyone knew her there she was pretty famous on coming in the last year of her life ) I just received a book in the mail about losing an animal and it was personally signed by everyone who works at vista and they wrote such sweet , personalized messages to my Bella and it literally made me bawl my eyes out. I would never recommend any other vet than this one! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work and caring you do for our fur babies! This is why my whole life I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian because I always wanted to be like these people who truly care for our fur babies.”

“I love The Fix Machine! The whole entire staff from the vets themselves, the vet techs and even the receptionists have all been great! We have been bringing all of our pets here for a couple of years now and have had zero complaints or concerns with the quality of care. The vets have all been fairly young, greatly educated, and treat my pets very well. We never feel rushed here and we appreciate that the staff never hesitate to answer questions or explain things multiple times when a lot of information is being thrown at us.

When comparing this place to VCA, it's just night and day. The wait times are a little longer however the price difference and quality of service are incredibly better. The Fix Machine can provide almost all of the same services offered at VCA but for literally half the price (depending on the service). I had a sick, rapidly declining cat whom had cancer. Before we knew this I took him into VCA, they brushed off several of my valid concerns, we spent around $800 on labs/tests, they diagnosed him with early stage kidney disease and prescribed him Hills Science Diet via text message and that was it. We took him into The Fix Machine where they immediately said they believe my cat does not have kidney disease and suspected cancer, they repeated the same labs here (with additional labs/tests), gave my cat subQ fluid, anti nausea meds and medication to increase his appetite AND IT WAS STILL LESS than the $800 we paid at VCA.

Overall I just can't recommend this place enough.”

“I can't say enough great things about the staff of the Meadow Hills veterinary clinic. In a great time of need for my beautiful dog they came through when my regular vet declined to see us. They saw my dog immediately when I told them the circumstances. We weren't regular patients there but they took the time! A tragic day for my GSH when her leg broke from just turning in the yard because of having osteosarcoma that was found at this appointment. I'll never forget the kindness from the front door to the assisting that was necessary to send my angel back to the Good Lord!”

“This clinic is amazing!! I have taken all of my pets there for years. Today, I brought in my 4 month old puppy who was having terrible diarrhea and of course, she had a terrible bout of it on the way to the clinic, covering her kennel and the backseat of my car. I pulled in to their parking lot and called them, not knowing what to do, when Stacy answered the phone and jumped to action!! She actually helped me clean the kennel and helped get my puppy to a room immediately. I never expected this sort of service and good natured attitude from anyone and I am so grateful. Thank you so very much!”

“Just want to say if you have to have a pet euthanized VCA on 4th Street in Kennewick is the best place. From the initial phone conversation with Crystal to the time we walked out of the office each and everyone of these employees were absolutely amazing. Today was our second time having to make this decision and both times they made it an easier one.
