“I can't say enough great things about the staff of the Meadow Hills veterinary clinic. In a great time of need for my beautiful dog they came through when my regular vet declined to see us. They saw my dog immediately when I told them the circumstances. We weren't regular patients there but they took the time! A tragic day for my GSH when her leg broke from just turning in the yard because of having osteosarcoma that was found at this appointment. I'll never forget the kindness from the front door to the assisting that was necessary to send my angel back to the Good Lord!”

“After getting ripped off by Horse Heaven Hills Urget Care off 27th Pl in Kennewick, they overcharged me twice, misdiagnosed my senior dog twice then I took him here at VCA MHAH, they diagnosed him immediately, gave me estimates prior to treatment and problems solved much cheaper than Horse Heaven Hills Urgent Care and VCA followed up on how Feddy was doin thru the entire process. THANK U VCA!”

“My pets (two dogs and a cat) have been signed up for their annual health plans for a few years, so I've been visiting here regularly for a while. Everyone I've spoken with is super nice, and it's great they hire folks who truly love animals. Their services are for regular checkups only, and ever since the pandemic hit it takes at least 3-4 months to even get in for an appointment. I've rarely seen the same vet more than once through the six month checkups, so it seems the Dr turnover is quite high - it would just be nice to get to know someone over a longer period. Considering the cost of an annual plan, and the fact they don't offer emergency services, I'm strongly considering looking for another office that can offer both and perhaps has a more tenured staff, as they now seem to have an excess of clients.”
