They have great products, but the customer service is ridiculous. One time to go shopping with my family, we were disappointed. The cashier girl apparently didn't know to do her job or hated what she was doing, having attitude and showing a mean face as thinking of I'm giving her heavy work to do. It was slow in the morning, so they only had one cashier when I visit the store. Honestly, I don't expect cashiers are nice and happy the whole time, but at least say some lines when you want a customer to wait for help! Well, We just dumped the items back and walked away:(

I was so excited for the sale they were having so I got alot of stuff to try on. There was no one in the dressing room just doors left open but I wanted to ask to see if I should just go in. Once I found a sales associate she loudly said you want to try ALL that on! I said yes . She said you can only have five in at a time ... you really want to try all of it I said yes so then I count our find and she says I said six ! Almost yelling at me ... then when another sales person comes in she tells them someone in the dressing room is trying on a TON of stuff she kept huffing and puffing about it I had to hold back tears I have never been treated so rudely.

I'll lead with I hate bras. I'm not a fan of clothing, in general, but bras feel especially claustrophobic. Due to my bouncing bettys, though, it seemed appropriate to me that I should buy some for work. The ladies at Victoria's were super nice and helpful, and I was able to find a couple of tolerable pieces within my budget. They're actually comfortable, no pinching or feelings of compression, and they stay in place well.

Good service but they did not measure me correctly at this location and i had to take them back to a different location when I got back to my hometown. They helped me realize why the fit was not correct, then had to reorder because my size was not in stock. The staff was polite friendly and helpful

Never coming back. Cashier should not tell the person behind you in line why exactly your purchase is going to be taking longer. That is my business, not theirs. And just because I may not look like a “bilingual individual” does not mean I am not, I understood when my situation was shared with others. This was extremely embarrassing. I’m going to have to take my time to decide whether I want to continue purchasing from Victoria’s Secret. But I am definitely not coming back to the mall location.

I had made a Purchase at Victorias secret near me and I was told when I went in that all the bras were $14.99 in store. When I went to check my recipt they charged me full price one being $54.95, the other being $36.95. I had talked to the manager telling her that the bras were supposed to be $14.99 she said no and you had to pay full price, but on the signs they had also outside of the store said all bras $14.99. So I had to return the $36.95 bra since it wasn't worn yet. I want to get this taken care of the right way and get the right amount charged to my bank account card of $14.99.I had gone into the store and made the purchase 1-2-2023 at 1:59pm. I had called corporate for them and they wouldn't do anything about it and I eventually had to go to the better business bureau due to this.
