I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Walgreens pharmacy. The hold times are beyond unacceptable—waited over 45 minutes just to speak to someone, only to be met with rude, dismissive staff who acted like my questions were a burden. The customer service was abysmal; they misinformed me about my prescription status, gave vague answers, and showed zero empathy or urgency. It’s clear they don’t prioritize patients, making what should be a simple process a frustrating nightmare. Avoid if you value your time and sanity!

Having one staff member to assist customers at both the drive through lane and in-person at the counter results in very poor customer service and extremely long wait times. Seven cars were in line with an additional 10 customers waiting inside at the counter for one staff member to assist and she was expected to answer the phone. Walgreens need to fix this issue! I waited over an hour to pick up one prescription.

The pharmacy personnel are as helpful as they can possibly be,
They NEED more clerking staff..one person trying to work the counter, the drive up window plus file the prescription that have been filled is asking way to much of the clerk. Not to mention the inconvenience to the patients who are sick, tired, weak, & hurting to have to wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes to get their prescription.
This is for management and owners of Walgreens!!

Every Walgreens is understaffed. We had the same problem of long wait times in California. I moved my Rx to Yoke’s. There’re Great!

Prescription sent in at 12:30 pm for a much needed meds it took them till 10:45 the next day to get my prescription and wait another 30 minutes to get it. They are a joke and would highly suggest using a different pharmacy!!!!

My only complaint: Getting your automated voice messaging to "understand" my request to speak to a pharmacist was very difficult and time consuming.

I've noticed several times the wait time in drive thru is forever. I finally got to the window.... Waited forever to get acknowledgment. I did see that the customers inside were gettingtheir prescriptions . I realize they are busy.... A dedicated person at the drive thru would help .My wait time in the drive window was easily 45 min- to hour.
