I scheduled an injection appointment, got there 10 minutes early, and I am still waiting for the injection 40 minutes later. This is the 2nd time this occurred. Why make the appointment when Walgreens can’t follow their own policy/guidelines.

Frustrating, this store is always closed, I know they move from 24 hour to something else but even when the store is open the pharmacy is close for lunch for break or other personal reasons, they used to be good, and they don’t have the same products than before. Go to Rate 🆔 is 24h

Walgreens pretty much always has what I'm looking for, plus at holiday times they have AWESOME stuff from Disney and others, and always have amazing clearance sales after holidays!

Six people in the pharmacy!!! Took over three hours to pick up one prescription after being released from the hospital. Currently looking for a new pharmacy to fill my medical needs.

Front staff is snarky and rude. Old lady working the cigarette counter made small talk, told her about my kids bad day at school and she made a comment along the lines of "Well it's not surprising considering the company you work for." Called the store manager and he tried acting like he had 3 grey haired old ladies with attitude problems working the front and unless I had a name he couldn't do anything. When I calmly told him I can walk back inside and point her out for him he said he would talk to all 3 of them. Avoid this place unless you like poor customer service.
The pharmacy is good though. Use the drive thru.

I arrived at the store to pick up medicine I was in a hurry and it was closed and I needed milk and I grabbed it but since I was in a hurry I didn't have the expiration and I realized that it was expired until my husband told me that that milk was not used, and I already know the Ania given to my young children. I recommend that you always look at the expiration date. Because the store of. Walgreens sells expired products

Been here to pick up prescriptions and do passport photos. In my opinion it seems a bit understaffed at times but other than that I've never had any problems with the type of service I received.

Pharmacy hours are impossible for anyone to pick up Rx if they work normal business hours. 9am-6pm m-f only?

This store has been terrible at customer service for the 2 years I have lived on canal drive. They do not smile, they look stressed, I’ve heard sighs when they have to open a register for the line, they say “I need to see your ID” instead of asking to see it, they don’t ask if I found everything ok, and they don’t always say “thank you and have a nice day.” My husband and I buy products at this location several times a week. My husband came in recently with me limping with a hernia in pain because he was choosing a waistband himself. I purchased a .99 cent vodka and she told me she needed my ID so I showed her even though it’s obvious I am over 21 being in my 50s. She asked for my husband’s but he didn’t have it so she refused service to us. ALL STAFF NEEDS TO USE THEIR JUDGEMENT AND DISCERNMENT IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. She was extremely rude even though we are regulars. It was obvious that we were not buying alcohol for anyone underage. THAT IS WHAT THE POLICY IS FOR. We have never been treated so poorly in our life. She used absolutely no judgement. We are taking our prescriptions and weekly purchases to Rite Aid where this exact situation was treated differently with kindness and good judgement.

I can see why Walgreens isn't fairing very well these days. They were empty and they didn't provide many great choices. I went in for coconut oil, manager and I searched high and low, till I spied ONE jar mixed it with other things in cosmetics. The place was very clean which was impressive. But even though they didn't have all of what I needed I still liked them. It was my first and only visit. This is not to say I'll never go there again - I will. I just don't think I can count of them to have a good selection of thinks I need on a daily basis.
