Pharmacy hours are impossible for anyone to pick up Rx if they work normal business hours. 9am-6pm m-f only?

This store has been terrible at customer service for the 2 years I have lived on canal drive. They do not smile, they look stressed, I’ve heard sighs when they have to open a register for the line, they say “I need to see your ID” instead of asking to see it, they don’t ask if I found everything ok, and they don’t always say “thank you and have a nice day.” My husband and I buy products at this location several times a week. My husband came in recently with me limping with a hernia in pain because he was choosing a waistband himself. I purchased a .99 cent vodka and she told me she needed my ID so I showed her even though it’s obvious I am over 21 being in my 50s. She asked for my husband’s but he didn’t have it so she refused service to us. ALL STAFF NEEDS TO USE THEIR JUDGEMENT AND DISCERNMENT IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. She was extremely rude even though we are regulars. It was obvious that we were not buying alcohol for anyone underage. THAT IS WHAT THE POLICY IS FOR. We have never been treated so poorly in our life. She used absolutely no judgement. We are taking our prescriptions and weekly purchases to Rite Aid where this exact situation was treated differently with kindness and good judgement.

I can see why Walgreens isn't fairing very well these days. They were empty and they didn't provide many great choices. I went in for coconut oil, manager and I searched high and low, till I spied ONE jar mixed it with other things in cosmetics. The place was very clean which was impressive. But even though they didn't have all of what I needed I still liked them. It was my first and only visit. This is not to say I'll never go there again - I will. I just don't think I can count of them to have a good selection of thinks I need on a daily basis.

Family and I printed two family calendars, the employee and store manager did not know how to put it together and instead of being upfront about it, they had us wait for 2 hours egging us on saying they were working on it soon and when I finally asked the manager they lied to us saying it had barely printed one page; my husband saw one of the calendars was already done printing. We decided to come pick up later. Well we just picked them up and one of them is correct and the other was completely wrong. I would think twice about doing prints at this location.

Sadly, the pharmacy needs a complete over haul. Some of the new employees need an attitude adjustment. The Management needs a complete over haul also. I don't know who hired, Maria the store manager. Clearly it was a bad decision. In my opinion. If you don't have use Walgreen's pharmacy don't.

Unwilling to fill a prescription of an item they have in stock strictly because they're afraid they're going to be unable to fill other people who have been filling longer.

We had left the Walgreens on 27th after multiple issues with getting my son's prescriptions filled. We switched to Fred Meyer and loved their pharmacy, but alas they no longer took our insurance. We had to go back to Walgreens, we decided to try the Clearwater. They have been very helpful and prompt. We are happy with them.

I worked for Walgreens myself a couple of years ago. I still can see an issue that has yet to be fixed. Every time I visit a Walgreens, there are at least 2-3 people stealing. I understand that the training of Walgreens mentions how you can't do anything about it. Yet you can see hundreds of dollars walk out the door. The only thing you are able to do is ask the individual if there is anything else they can help you find. I sincerely apologize to those employees who work for Walgreens. Let's see if Walgreens is still in business in the next 5-10 years.

They get a one star because I can't rate it zero. Walgreens Kennewick on Clearwater their Pharmacy is the worst place to ever get your meds filled. They do not answer their phone, they are rude, and very inconsiderate of the needs of their customers. Maybe try hiring someone over the age of 22 would help. If you get your meds filled here I hope you don't have high blood pressure cuz you may stroke out by the time you leave.

Not sure who it was that handled the phone in the pharmacy today(sounded like a young man), but you should probably relieve him of that duty. I was just trying to confirm a prescription for my client and the "gentleman" was very obviously put out when I asked for clarification on something. There is zero place for his irritation, impatience, & hostility, especially when folks are just trying to get their much needed medication.

Their call service and emailing is just BAD! I'm trying to get my covid19 test results after i took it after waiting the initial two to three hours and only receive nothing. Try calling them they will subject you to a stupid automated call machine and there's no maneuvering around it!
