They were great in helping us when visiting from out of town. Sent alerts about a holdup, then picked up quickly and resolved the issue quickly. Very impressed with their customer service!

The pharmacy makes mistakes pretty often and occasionally the staff will get openly frustrated with you even when the issue was somewhere on Walgreens end. I and people I know have had many times where they get notifications saying their medication is ready for pickup, only to have to wait for hours once they go to pick them up. I just don't understanding how that happens. Seems like there is a lot of miscommunication going on. I'd really recommend not using this pharmacy if you can avoid it.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this pharmacy's drive-thru. Despite waiting for over 25 minutes, there was no acknowledgement or communication about the delay or their busy situation. This lack of transparency and customer service is disheartening. It's important to be informed and reassured during such wait times. I strongly urge anyone seeking pharmacy services to consider other options, as this experience reflects a failure in providing basic humanity and consideration to customers.

Worst customer service EVER! Tried to exchange an item I had just received through curbside pickup and was told buy the cashier I have to pay more money for the same exact makeup just in a different shade. She said it was because I used a coupon. When I told her yes I used a WALGREENS digital coupon and my W cash she immediately cut me off mid sentence. I asked to speak to a manger and a Lead Cashier by the name of Tiffany came up and tried to say the same thing. I told her the shade I bought was not a clearance shade but she refused to exchange the product just demanded I pay more money even though clearly neither her or the original cashier could figure out how to do any exchange. I even offered to exchange all 3 items and just re-ring the purchase and that way the coupons could reapply but she continued to be rude. When I said I would just come back tomorrow and speak to a manger who knows what they are doing this lady Tiffany said I am the manger, no honey your a lead and should not be telling people your the manger. So apparently you can’t exchange an item you bought for curbside 5 mins earlier even WITH a receipt. This store has rude incompetent cashiers!

They said they couldn't develop the prints from probably year 2001 film . Too old and couldn't do it. I'm looking for a place to get this film develop ed. Has memories of when young grandchildren.

I've noticed several times the wait time in drive thru is forever. I finally got to the window.... Waited forever to get acknowledgment. I did see that the customers inside were gettingtheir prescriptions . I realize they are busy.... A dedicated person at the drive thru would help .My wait time in the drive window was easily 45 min- to hour.

Absolutely rudest staff here. Came in to drop off a FedEx package, was greeted rudely as if I was putting this lady out. It was right after store opening, around 8am so I was literally the only customer in the store. Second encounter I was picking up a batch of flyers I ordered to be printed. The shift lead was incredibly rude to me, after I disrupted her personal chat with a co-worker. I mean how dare I actually shop at her store?! ??

Worst experience ever! Gave my daughter wrong test strips when they knew the monitor she used and wouldn’t let her exchange them. Insurance wouldn’t pay for more, so they were going to charge her $100 for test strips she needed!

Don't go here if you want customer service. I walked out yesterday because I waited for a clerk to come check me out. I was the only customer in the store and the 2 clerks ignored me and continued talking to each other while I wait. I finally tossed my items on the counter and walked out, only then did 1 decide to come up to the counter.
