Lately service has been late in the day not in the early morning as expected. Customers have regular weekly pickup at the curbside. Drivers keep a tight schedule, are always on time and very efficient. Through rain, heat, snow and ice like a well oiled clock recycle and trash is collected. A nice company and great service. Some containers were only emptied halfway, though not stuffed or wedged. The garbage truck does a good job emptying the cans and drives carefully, navigating congested side streets with numerous parked vehicles. However, the recycle truck driver does not take the same care, drives much too fast and often has to slam on the brakes, back up, to gather the cardboard recycling and empty the recycle bin. This could be a danger for small children. Additionally, prices have jumped a lot this year for basic service, and a larger fee (from $1 to $8 per month) for a second can was added.
