So it's a 711/Chevron and they were closed when we got there so we got gas and the person working opened up just for us. That was amazing! I have not experienced special treatment like that for no reason except for the fact that this place knows all about customer service and how to treat people that want to spend their time and money. Thank you

I'd give it 0 stars if Google allowed me to. This place sucks! Their gas pumps didn't accept my $.40/gallon Safeway Rewards discount at their Chevron pumps. Chevron contracts with Safeway so you can use your rewards points with them. The staff also doesn't speak any English- so good luck communicating. They can't communicate at all so any advanced issues like this and you're on your own- they aren't capable of helping you. I complained to 7-Eleven corporate and are refunding my money but it shouldn't have to come to this. Don't get gas here!

There is an employee here who steals points blatantly from customers. He has stolen hundreds of points from me personally. When confronted about stealing the points by entering his own personal phone number he becomes aggressive. This employee has hundreds of thousands of points. This is theft. He is stealing essentially money from customers and using his job to benefit himself. This needs to be investigated, 7/11 has thousands of hours of time stamped footage of him entering his number while a customer makes a transaction. He should be in jail.

Go to literally any other station than this. Everything is overpriced, and the employees regularly try to overcharge you and hope you don't notice.

Oh god, the woman who works there should go to customer service course. I never see before that someone like her. She is the rudest person in Washington I think. Please do something to improve your behavior or just find another business.

Another Update:Out of necessity, I stopped by last night. Neither one of the employees were wearing a mask. A friend stopped by there on Monday and the employees were not wearing masks. It is obvious that the management and ownership are not taking this pandemic seriously. Absolutely unconscionable.Update:Received an email from the manager of the 7-11 stating she had spoken to her employees and they will now wear masks. However, she also stated that they had tried to enforce the mask mandate with customers but could not as the customers were rude. What! The current mandate states that if a customer refuses to wear a mask the establishment is to prohibit that person from entering. Being rude is not an exception to the mandate. There are many other convenience stores that are abiding by the mandate and enforcing it.Original review:I have been in this store three times over the past week and a half at around 8pm each time. The employees are not wearing masks nor requiring customers to wear masks. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I had the worst experience at the 7 eleven on 240th & 132nd which is closer to where I live, a few times the nighttime guy was mean and even yelled at me. I tried putting in a complaint with the corporate office, but nothing happened. So now I drive all the way to the one on 116th, they are amazing there. They are so friendly & helpful, plus their selection surpasses all the other ones I’ve been to In the Kent area.

Worst experience ever I had bought a hotdog and they didn’t even have the Decency to unwrap the bun and just decided to put the hotdog and the bun separately and when I got home to unwrap the bun half of it was extremely stale. And barely any of the slurpie flavors were ready like always✨?

Stupid Indian people working here lack customer service and they like to cheat customers.
