Terrible customer service. Was about to order 15 prehung doors and the front desk person cut me off mid sentence and slammed the phone down. Great job yall. Couldn't even give me 2 minutes for an order?

Best prices and stock on many trim/mouldings! Make sure to bring an appropriate vehicle as most are 16' long. Also bring your own wrap or tarps as needed for bad weather.

I placed an order for baseboards here. Since it doesn't fit in car I asked them to Cut into half. They said they will charge 10% of total price for cutting it which is way too much. That is not the reason I am giving negative review here. The staff ( I think her name is Sandy) I wanted to get clarification, they replied very rude. They just told me you can cut on your own which they should have told me before I pay. I clarified them, I am not complaining but just giving a feedback, they still replied very rudely. Not at all professional. When I asked one of the staff why she is so rude when I am trying to just give me feedback not even complaint, he said she is very straight forward. That is not straightforwardness, it is just an unprofessional behavior. On top of it, injust placed order of 8 pieces of baseboard, and they delivered only 6 after 4 days and asked me to come back for remaining 2 pieces later. On top of it they charged me fee for using credit card over phone. They said if I come to office there is no charge on CC.

If you’re looking for doors or trim and want customer service so bad it makes you want to walk straight into one, this is the place. I paid for my door over the phone and was told I’d be charged a daily rate if I didn’t pick it up. But when I showed up an hour and a half before closing—with no one else there—they couldn’t even find it. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally asked one of the five employees sitting at their desks doing nothing, and instead of helping, the woman blamed me for arriving, stating that this is what happens before we close.
To top it off, they charge a credit card processing fee, because apparently, squeezing customers is easier than running a decent business. I shouldn’t have been surprised. If you’re considering shopping here, slam this door shut and go somewhere else.
