I've been a customer for many years and yesterday 6/10 when I came in I had a new girl do my threading. I've always have left satisfied with the services but yesterday the girl didn't do a very good job and I kept explaining to her that the areas being threaded was still not smooth and she was also rough. I will still go there for my threading but I'll make sure she doesn't work on me.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I do not recommended getting waxed here. I got a Brazilian and she double waxed on me. It hurt so bad and I wasn’t sure what was happening. Im so sore and It’s been like 4 days. I have some areas where some skin came off.Service: Body waxing

I use to come here for many years! Now that the original first chair lady doesn’t work there anymore they’ve been messing up on threading my eye brows so bad!!! Today I walked out with practically NO EYE BROWS!! And the lady’s are always saying “I just cleaned around” but they literally took off most of my eye brows and RUINED MY SHAPE!!! Ughhh super frustrating

Had a messed up eyebrows from a previous threading salon and, Pam corrected them. She did miracles!! I will drive from Issaquah anytime.
