Customer service is terrible. I've been a customer for almost one year, and every month I have to call multiple times to sort out an issue with my account. I have zero trust that when someone on the phone says, "I've resolved the issue," I've learned to never believe it. Last time I called I was bounced around from one agent to another... Then put on a 45 minute hold... And then finally someone answered, but they had no idea I had been placed on hold. I started the entire process over again. If my insurance allowed me to go anywhere else for a specialty pharmacy, I'd go there in a flash! Beware.

This business caused serious health problems for me by not filling my prescription due to clerical errors. I had to miss several days of work due to their incompetence.

Why does Premera Blue Cross FORCE their members to use this appallingly criminally negligent "pharmacy'? There are multiple class action law suits against it. Yet, knowing this and the thousands of complaints for years- all with the same story-lost medications, wrong medications- medications cancelled for no reason and no notice, receiving a $6,500 bill with no warning or explanation, belligerent an abjectly moronic customer service reading a non-sensical script every time a patient asks a question, unintelligible billing, the list goes on. But Premera will ONLY allow this pharmacy for speciality meds. This is Premera Blue Cross's fault. They need to contract with someone else. But they DO NOT CARE. Not for one nanosecond.

Worst costumer experience ever. I have been calling this company for over a month. I commonly go by my middle name. I was never asked about my insurance policy. They billed old expired insurance. Then told me I was denied when my doctor told me I wasn’t. Called back again the second time messed up again by using my middle names instead of my legal name which I gave them. Each time they told me they would call me back to confirm delivery dates. Not once did they follow through with that statement. Then they call me to schedule a delivery date. I get that done and next day I get a text saying it’s been delayed call back again and currently am being told the reason it’s being delayed is because my doctor needs to approve the medication. Which isn’t true I can see on my chart it has been approved and I have reach out to my doctor several times and they have communicated to Accredo. Don’t know what else to do. I have Psoriatic arthritis Which has lead to pretty severe joint pain. I see no BBB organization path or repercussion for this company.

The worst experience ever so far. Uneducated staff, outrageous hold times, and staff is impolite. I asked for a statement of account and was told I’d have it by end of business that day. Called back as I hadn’t received it, and then was told it would be up to 7 business days to receive it, and I asked why the long wait when they have my money and the representative couldn’t tell me. I asked for a supervisor to speak to and nope….of course one wasn’t available and that she would have one call me back in 2 business days. 3 days later and I haven’t received a call back. Super disappointed and frustrated by all of this. If I don’t receive my statement of account this week, that will be on them and their fault.

Constant delays and lack of communication. I’ve been waiting for a month to start my new treatment but this pharmacy hasn’t even started my order. They’ve never reached out to me about anything, I’ve had to be the one to call them. Every time I do I get a different story about the status of my prescription. The last time I called I was told my insurance doesn’t cover my prescription even though my insurance sent me their approval and confirmation that their approval was sent to this “pharmacy.” I asked my provider to call on my behalf, and they were told my order hasn’t been started. I haven’t even gotten to the point of shipment yet because they haven’t processed my original order. Based on the other reviews it’s nothing but rough waters ahead. I’m dreading having to work with them but it doesn’t look like I have a choice.

The worst customer service in the world. Obviously you need the medication if you are using them. I just hope for your sake that it’s not life or death. Nobody knows what’s going on, they don’t follow up when they say they will, and they are typically reading from a script .

If I could leave zero stars I would. January 2025 was the most traumatic experience trying to get meds. Despite having received approval from both my insurance and doctor, Accredo could not get their system and staff organized to ship my critical medication for two weeks. And now I'm hearing the same excuses for February. Perhaps letters to State Attorney Generals in every state that Accredo has a pharmacy is in order to affect change.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! There is a reason you have 1.3 stars. Get your act together accredo. I spent over 1.5 months trying to get a prescription for my son. Every conversation it was something different holding us up. Still do not have our prescription. Something is seriously wrong with your customer service.

Much like everyone else's experience these guys are ridiculously terrible at everything they do. If insurance didn't force you to use them they would go out of business rapidly but I assume they must be cheaper because they don't run like a real company. Absolutely nothing is easy to get done. If you have to use these guys you need to be very on top of every step. On a positive note the customer service reps who you will spend lots of time talking to about fixing the latest screw up on their part are surprisingly nice. I feel bad for them, but they sure do have job security.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They've been late on delivery 5 times. Each time I get a text asking to confirm next shipment, I hit YES and it never gets sent. So each time I have to call to ask what's going on. There's always a different reason every time, most reasons don't make sense.
ONE time I had to ship to a different address in a different state because they were late and it took over 2 months and 4 different phone calls for them to change my home address back to normal. Every single time a person said it was fixed, the next said it wasn't.
The delivery times are NEVER accurate. Wish I could have a different pharmacy.

Exact same complaint as all the other reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. They require that you call them for one reason or another and until you manage to get through (after being on hold for 30+ minutes) are generally unhelpful and cannot figure out why they requested you call to begin with. Their handling of insurance is a mess. Each person that you speak with tells you something different and that the other person was incorrect. And the “direct” number that they provide you with is a random phone tree and is the same for all departments. Working with them is AWFUL!
