The best staff! Taylor and the ABM are fantastic. Super helpful in fixing my problem and getting everything sorted out. Can’t believe how rude some of the other customers are- the staff put up with so much! Wouldn’t want to bank with anyone else.

Aaron and the whole staff and the Lake Meridian branch of Alaska USA are amazing! We have been doing business with them for almost a year now and they never let me down! They are always very quick to email or call me back which is rare these days. They have also went out of there way to save our customers extra money by refinancing them on other vehicles for lower interests rates and have even dropped off paperwork to our business which is out of their way! Thanks team!!!

I got my motorcycle loan through Alaska and my experience with the branches has been amazing. I’ve worked with various people from 3 branches (this one included) and everyone has given be the best service possible. Going above and beyond to answer my questions and following up.m The customer service line can be a little frustrating cuz you get a different person every time, but the branches are GREAT. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

I wanted to edit my post but accidentally deleted it..I was saying...I used their ATM on the August 18th ... changed me 3 dollars never gave me the money...I have called the Alaska people all they kept saying you need to call your bank there's nothing we can do..so I have been in a contract with my bank and I was told money should be returned to my account within 3 working days...it hasn't happened yet. So unreal.

Can I give less than 1 star? This branch isn't responsible it's definitely the corporate office. They are totally shady. They will lie, cheat and steal. They will fabricate documents. They will harass you on the phone and accuse you of things you didn't do. They will make up fees to charge you for stuff that isn't your fault. Never get a loan here ever and steer clear. They will go down like wells Fargo has. It's just a matter of time.

This review is not for Alaska USA as a whole but for this specific location. I've been a member of Alaska USA for almost 10 years and have used them to finance all my vehicles, motorcycle, and business purchases. I have never and I mean ever have had an issue with any of their location until I came here. I have a really bad taste in my mouth on how I was treated when I initially came in. The representatives were all glaring at me and had dirty looks. I do understand that Renton is not the greatest of neighborhoods but I came in dress pants and polo as I had just left work. The teller seem to be short with me and seemed to be irritated by me. I literally just walked in to make a payment and did nothing else. What really got to me was as I was leaving, both tellers put a smile on and said "I hope you have a good day". I am so confused as to why two people could give two different reactions. I assure you that I will never bank here and have no problem driving to my normal Thrashers Corner location where they all know my name and treat me with respect.
