Our property has been working with Alliance for a few years and seen a few dozen flooring installations, and we're very happy with their work! Prices are unbeatable and they go the extra mile with leveling, and trim install. Our sales rep Jordan is very quick to respond and always a pleasure to work with.

Terrible company with terrible service, unable to properly install flooring. The phone techs are horrible and will randomly hang up on you.

Matt "Taylor Lautner" Pand has been the best sales rep! He is attentive, accessible and always helpful! We made the switch to Alliance this year and have saved thousands already on our turnover flooring replacements. The attentive service from start to finish and a great install and product is so very much appreciated!

Back in October I took a new position as a community manager, and since my first week I’ve been bombarded with very pushy vendors, trying to get my business. The local rep that came to my property for Alliance, Matt Pand, truly set himself apart from the rest. I never felt pressured to switch vendors, or that he was simply at my property For only has benefit. He walked through every step of the process with me, was always very professional, and very friendly, and always came to my property with a smile. He was always very responsive, insured that his crew was doing their job correctly at diligently, and was always a man of his word. Needless to say, he earned my business, and you’d be very wise to work with him.

PLEASE stop billing us for a service we never received. You are billing us for a service that happened PRIOR to our condo purchase. We have already had our Real Estate agent discuss this with your company.

Worst company to deal with floor install looks terrible. They sent another person out which agreed and said all my trim needed to be replaced and the door frames. They did nothing about it other than saying there not paying for it. I had another contractor come and he suggest I sue them it was such a bad job and they damaged a ton of stuff in my house. I am now paying to have the entire floor ripped back out and installed correctly. I would give zero stars if allowed. Don't use this company.

I didn't have a large enough apartment complex for this company to care to provide reasonable service. Ty could not be bothered with returning any of my calls and emails where unreliable and as if he never read my email in the first place. I recommend being prepared for court if you disagree with any of the billing. I should have gone to The Home Depo, they'll install too.

Thank you Ty and Ross for being so reliable and easy to work with.I love how fast we can be put on the schedule for carpet and vinyl replacement!Their installers are friendly and does great work installing.We use Alliance Flooring at all our properties, I definitely would recommend.
