Lazy kid in receiving. Had an appointment for 11 AM and got turned away because it was a 2 stop load and my shipper put 1 pallet for my 2nd stop in front of theirs. The kid refused to move the 1 pallet to get to theirs to unload so they just refused the load. Waist of my time. Won’t be coming back here again.

I love my job here at Amazon. My only complaint is that there is a time vortex located very specifically in our driver's cage where 10 minutes pass and it somehow turns into 30 or even 60 minutes for them. Strange anomaly. Drivers seem to be under the impression that we have enough staff to deploy someone to wait by the cage for them all all hours of the day and tend to their every whim instead of making sure that customer orders get out on time or that our own associates and their needs are taken care of first. I guess having to pull a few pallets out of a trailer after hours of sitting in a truck does that to you. If they really want us to pull their pallets for them (often times arriving damaged because of poor loading) then their wait would be tripled; so they are really lucky we let them pull their own freight onto the dock instead of making them wait even longer.

This place is great. I didn’t have to unload at all like other people were saying. Which is a good thing on account of my pulling a muscle in my lower leg 2 days before I delivered. I was so worried about having to unload. I was here for about only 2 1/2 hours. All I had to do was drop the trailer. It was easy backing into dock.Maybe it’s because my appointment was at 3 pm.

I went here to do my first Flex block but there was some glitch in the system and my route was given to someone else. The employees were cool about it and did what they could to remedy the problem but I didn't get to work that day but I was paid anyway for my time.

I will never send any drivers there again. Very unprofessional place. If you ever want to go to this place charge at least $300 for detention in front.

This place is very unprofessional I am a truck driver unloading only 2 pallets of frozen ice cream my trailer door is open outside temperature is about 50゚ so very quickly the ice cream can go bag but I am waiting for someone to watch me unload my own truck because that is their rules I think that is very unprofessional they are many truck drivers here that who have other deliveries and not able to make their times because Amazon fresh can not even take us in with our appointment time I understand if there is been appointment required for delivery then you should be able to leave that place within one hour and drivers have been here for over 2 hours or more this needs to be corrected some general manager or whoever in charge of the can't Amazon fresh facility needs to take action on its employees either fire a manager and put someone in charge that knows what they're doing because this is very unprofessional and no 1 knows what's going on I think a change of management is usually the answer

Welcome to a Madhouse! Save your brain and nerve cells, don't do delivery to this place. It's a Madhouse. Avoid this place!

I worked there for 7 months. I like that you can choose your shifts but they change the times you can apply for which did not work out for me. The only con was the cold fridge. My hands would ache even with the provided PPE and hand warmers given. Just before I left they were getting better gloves.

Good place to work, doesn't take a lot of skill to pick or stock things. You need to have great listening skills and catch on to your task quickly. Other wise, you might have difficulties getting help. Make sure you keep track of time. Unlike other places that I have work, they will not tell you it's break time or time to go home. I would give them 5 stars but parking is a horrible. You must get at your job 15 to 20 minutes early just to find parking. I think amazon over looked employee parking.

This facility is small for the flow of commercial trucks they tryIng to receive. Very tide parking lot without the place to park a truck while waiting for your appointment. Make sure previous drops would not affect your delivery time, since those “guys” do not care that you work under strict FMCSA Federal Regulations, so don’t show up early or late . We had two orders in a truck , two pallets, same product: “organic milk” so they took one order and refused another and than we had to wait FIVE days until they took second pallet. Imagine your “fresh” organic milk from Amazon after it sat in my trailer for 5 days until they finally decided to receive it!Also beware of Institutional racism. The facility encourages the practice of humiliation of drivers and contracted staff. Imagine the picture - the drivers staying inside of the metal cage (literally, I’d be happy to supply the pictures, but the company prohibits any photo or video). All communication goes through the cage; finally when it comes to pick up the papers, the Amazon associate barely slips the paperwork through the metal rails so you (a driver) need to reach out as far as you can to get the paperwork in your hand as a hungry animal reaches out in the zoo to pick up a food.Interestingly, it is the same picture when you look from another side of the case. Do you think those are the lucky Amazon employees who wrote the five star reviews?
