It's been 3 months since our Kangji Sarang underwent surgery for a fractured cruciate ligament and patella. He walks and runs very well and had surgery at a low cost.thank you..At first, I hesitated for about a month, but it was a wrong hesitation.

Could not recommend this place more, Animal Clinic of Benson was a lifesaver!!! Was originally recommended to me by a friend. The first time my dog got a tooth extracted & dental cleaning it cost $860, the second time around another vet quoted me $1300-1700 and made everything sound necessary. This place charged me $517 for everything INCLUDING a growth removal on her ear that was completely separate! They gave me a $100 discount because it's been such a tough time!! Both other vets were booked 8 weeks out, and they got me in under 2 weeks! Amazing staffP.S. don't give your dog bones & get a water additive (that is just the same as brushing their teeth), so you don't have to deal with any of this in the future!!!

Wonderful staff. Very caring about my animals. Very informative with any questions I had. They also have a great package for puppies/kittens that covers their initial vaccinations, all your visits while getting said shots, plus half off getting them fixed (if you choose)

They fit us in with a same day appointment for my cat with a hurt leg and got him into surgery that afternoon when it became clear that’s what he needed. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Prices are a lot cheaper than vets and they always treat my pets with care. Sometimes can be a little long wait

Dr. Jay is one of a kind. He's friendly, he cares , and most of all, he has heart, and it's not full of greed like all the other vets I've been to!

This clinic is very affordable and has a super kind staff. The only downside is the primary veterinarian is difficult to understand. It’s evident the staff loves the patients and are helpful to clarify anything I haven’t been able to understand from the vet. Would highly recommend.

Brought my dog to this clinic for the first time. My dog has been experiencing vomiting these past two weeks and 3 times in a row. Upon arrival, everyone was nice and polite. Then the vet came and said in order to figure out what’s wrong with my dog, he recommends to do blood work and x ray to rule out any problems (make sense). They brought my dog back to do the lab work, came back and left me with my dog for 15-20 minutes with no updates.I had to go out and then ask them if anything else was needed from me and my dog. The staff was all confused & I was confused too as of why I wasn’t notified that i was all ready to be checked out.I paid the balance $250 - cheaper than most places I have to admit and they said they’ll have results in 2 days. They recommend me to come back for a re-check.A day later, their vet called me said the blood work and x ray looks fine besides food digesting and constipation and recommend to bring him again for another check.I asked if it’s because I feed him too much food that’s why he’s having trouble digesting, hence throwing up. The vet said she doesn’t know and will have for exam him again. She then said she will place him on medication if needed during the re check.I said medication is only short term I want to find a way to prevent this long term. She said medication IS a way for LONG TERM. I was shocked. She then said I can redo another scan if I wanted since all she saw was food and constipated. So basically they want me to pay more money to do another scan, officer visit, and have my dog be on long term medication.Save your trouble.

It's good to have a few go to veterinarians in your rotation, and I'm fortunate to have Benson as an option. They've done dental cleanings on both of my pugs and I couldn't be happier. They are compassionate, intelligent, and solution focused.

Top notch vet at such an affordable price. They genuinely care and go over and above in their service. Hands down the best vet and clinic experience we’ve ever had.

This is a HORRIBLE clinic!!! I took my 9-year-old epileptic pug there after being referred to them by a trusted organization. After an initial visit where I was not given any kind of paperwork/estimate for upcoming surgery, my dog underwent surgery under ********************* care. He was to remove a cyst on her eye and take a sample off her thigh to send to the lab to test for mast cell cancer. During this surgery, he removed the cyst on her eye and sent that to the lab to be tested, and didn't touch her leg. I had to take her back for another surgery, again under anesthesia, where he took the sample from her leg but sent it to the lab, writing on the form accompanying the sample that it was for the eye mass. Nobody bothered to call me regarding the results so when I called the clinic 2 weeks after her 2nd surgery to inquire about a medication refill, I was told that since I was on the phone, the new dr could tell me the results of the lab test which were positive for mast cell cancer. The next day I received the actual lab report which showed that the cancer was in her eye not her leg. I contacted the clinic who informed me that the lab had made an error and an addendum had been requested, changing the report to show the sample was from the leg. I reached out to the lab with my concerns who spent the entire day researching and confirming that the sample was from the eye but the office had filled out the form wrong. It is on public record that ***************** is practicing with an active veterinary license with conditions due to a former patient dying while under his care. Unprofessional conduct, degree of skill, ************************* were all found to be true. And this is exactly what happened to my pug as well. Now she will have to undergo several more surgeries which at her age and her condition are very dangerous. Do NOT go to this clinic!!! Everything they state on their website is inaccurate. They don't care about their patients!
