False advertisement! Not only did the sign say cash was more expensive than debit/credit. When I filled up my tank it charged me $3.75, which is more than both of the advertised prices. This is unacceptable, when I brought this to the attention of the clerk he told me the price would be as advertised (which it was not) and that he couldn’t do anything about it. This is very shady business practices, I was shorted 12 cents per gallon! See pictures below.

Love the fresh baked cookies!! Salted caramel chocolate chip! The only issue is that they run out. But gas is usually always on lower end for gas stations in Kent. Clean and great location and access.

It's the best price for gas on east hill as has been for sometime. Plus they're currently allowing upside to grant 10c back/gal of regular. Tip Top Tommy!

This is easily my favorite convenience store on the way to work. I've tried multiple of the different convenience stores around the area and this one is the newest and cleanest and has the nicest cashiers.

I love the people here. Most of them are super nice and really funny. I go in to get cigarettes even though I know I have to show ID just because they make me laugh. Oh, and they are super helpful and will ALWAYS tell you when a sale is going on.Edit:I wrote this 45 minutes before going in today. Evidently they changed staff. The guy behind the counter was nice, but the female in charge looked at me and said "there is nothing I can help you with" when I tried to explain about my ampm card not working even though I've spent countless hours with their customer service. She refused to scan their courtesy card even though customer service told me all I had to do is ask. Guess I'll be going to Jackson's from now on. I can see their sales taking a huge plummet with this one in charge.

What a joke this place is. The cast wash stopped working just before it finished so with s*** all over my car they tell me to call a number during the week to get a refund. WTF?I'm supposed to leave with the car like that and just suck it up till next week. WTF?If you want your car washed go anywhere else but here.

Went in for diesel. Had a low tank so gave the clerk $150.00 and was questioned if I really wanted to get that much and when I noted I was low she asked are you sure!

Nice station, great staff. But - a rare negative review along social conscience lines. In my opinion, this store as well as one down on N Auburn Way would be a five, but based on the treatment of the employees by an executive in front of the customers, I'm not appreciating the executive management style at all. One particular exec has a reputation of being callous and talking down to the employees - both managers and cashiers. And doing so in front of customers that are in the store. There is no need to do this in front of customers or even other employees - both workers and store management. One employee at this store was in a recent accident and she was already considered partially disabled but still highly committed and persisting to be as functional as possible and assisting other employees. She is known to the customers as very fast cashier, a hard worker with a meticulous care to cleanliness and organization. And one who worked as a team member, covered as many people as she could when turnovers were high and when two people were supposed to be on shift - she would do alone. Her biggest issue that he didn't like regardless of anything else? She sat down and she missed a couple points for the mystery shopper. She needed to sit down, especially after a no-fault major accident two weeks ago. She is partially disabled even before the accident. Workplace accomodation doesn't seem to be a consideration. Most of the time, other things could not be spot on because of missed inventory targets, stocking, lack of employees to cover and working alone unable to leave the register even to stock goods for more sales.Regardless of the good that she did at this store and another it seems that all that matters is not the good, but the checklist of perfect store image. She is fast, helpful, supportive of other employees, and tries to help store management get as far up the impression factor as possible. This man has no issues with embarrassing women employees in public and bringing them to tears with a nearly impossible task of meeting all of the checklist regardless of the shortage of personnel to cover busy shifts or during times of restocking among many issues.I'd give this store and another 5 stars, but two are deducted for a type of management that I have never done in my many years of managing. You do not have to embarrass your employees in front of customers and neglect honoring good work and valuable team effort. It seems that employees are set to fail under this particular executive management. If I never experienced the staff and known a couple of people in particular, this and the other store would get a one star just because of the executive management style of bringing people to tears. I would propose this store and executives try the undercover boss to see if they could ever reach the level of what they are demanding in complicated situations and being understaffed or other workers being far less on par than the ones that get chastised openly. The exec in my opinion needs to respect the people and their efforts and be a part of how to get the stores to where he would like them - berating employees in front of customers is not one of those skills. It's a guaranteed way to turn a good business into a struggling one that cannot keep good help. A perfect checklist is a goal that the encouraged want to help with. But if all they will every here is "you failed", good luck reaching better performance.
