My experience at the AT&T store was incredibly frustrating. The employees were unhelpful and the customer service was absolutely terrible.When I walked into the store, I was greeted by an employee who seemed uninterested in helping me. When I asked for assistance in selecting a phone plan, they were short with me and didn't seem knowledgeable about the products they were selling. They seemed impatient with my questions and didn't provide me with the guidance and support that I needed.To make matters worse, the customer service didn't improve even after I had made a purchase. I had issues with my phone service and reached out to the store for help, but was met with rudeness and lack of interest. It was a very frustrating experience that left me feeling unsupported and disappointed.Overall, the AT&T store had a decent selection of products, but the employees were unhelpful and the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested, unresponsive, and impatient, and the store didn't provide the level of support and guidance that I needed. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality customer service.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed to have no knowledge of the products they were selling. They were unable to answer any of my questions and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my needs.To make matters worse, the store was very disorganized and cluttered. It was difficult to navigate through the store and find what I was looking for. Additionally, the prices were higher than I expected and there were no discounts or promotions available.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this cellphone store. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful store to purchase their phone or accessories.

They need to either A. Update their business hours on google or B. Stay in the store and stay open until 8pm as Google shows them from when they set the business hours. I showed up here at 7:15pm and not a soul in sight and the gate to the store front was shut and locked.

My AT&T Rep promptly acknowledged me and was attentive. We texted to set my next appointment. He offered me a bottled water & a seat as I prepared to review & complete the e-signature process. Chen (Derek) worked hard to earn my business. In turn, I reciprocated. He is a positive & professional example for AT&T.

The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. Other stores recommended me to apply for a new number, only they helped me complete the setting, let me keep the previous number.

Really bad store. Don’t do any business with them. The boss looks know everything but he always messed up things. The first time we opened the family plan, but he used the wrong number for me and my dad. And the second time we traded in our iPhone 12 to them to do the next up upgrade, but the traded phone was lost by them and ATT sent me a bill with the full price of the new iPhone. The issue still not fixed! Their employees are just international students with internship status, so you’ll see new faces every time. DO NOT DEAL ANY BUSINESS WITH THAT ATT STORE!!!

My sales Rep, Luca, was absolutely amazing to say the least, we ran into some trouble while I was in the process of getting a new phone, but she was thorough in finding the problem & gave me options on how to cut down my costs, with that being said, we found a solution and I walked out with a brand new iPhone 12. If you’re looking for someone who understands your concerns, is professional, patient, and can hold great conversation, Luca is your girl!!
