Braeden, Orianah, and Rahmel gave literally the best experience i’ve ever had in a cell phone store. i couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition coming from T-Mobile. fortunately i’ve been freed from the pink tyrant, and am so happy to be with the boys & girls in Blue!!!! god bless America

Warning to anyone considering this store: my experience is 100% true and I want some one to explain to me how a store like the one I am mentioning gets a good rating? My fritold me, you can buy the first 1000 ratings otherwise, there is no possibility for this store to have more than one star rating. Let me dive to the story
After hearing a big promotion going on, my family, business friends and I went to this location to upgrade our phones and switch to AT&T. Almost every employee we talked with — including the manager — promised a good promotional deal that made me decide to pull out from T mobile.. They told us we’d pay about $175 for the lines (business account), receive a $15 credit for number porting, and get large savings from our trade-ins. Convinced by those promises, we switched.
What actually happened is the exact opposite. We were given only a receipt for an initial payment of over $500 and phone numbers for the manager and employees to contact if there were problems. Now our monthly bill is many times higher than what we were promised, and the automatic monthly charges keep changing higher and higher. Whenever I call AT&T I have to waste a lot of time with their horrible customer service experience and after a well planned log wait, I get an apologies from their customer service representatives but no real resolution. I have even met a lot of other people who were misled the same way.
I believe this store knowingly misled us to make the sale and that is what I learned from others too.I am careful with these decisions and asked for a final agreement letter — they never provided one. I feel lied to and cheated, and I want others to be aware before they visit.
If you go to this store, do not take verbal promises at face value. Get the full, itemized written agreement before you sign or hand over payment. Check every number on the contract, insist on a copy, and don’t rely on a single salesperson’s word, but I will say this, there will be no deal because they will never give you one such written agreement for they know that it is the only way they can make a sell. Generally, AT & T and their stores including their corporate are/ is a company who takes money unfairly from hard working Americans.
Hope the law punishes them soon.
My story is 100% true. I am sharing it so others don’t suffer from the same misleading sales tactics.

Took me 45 min for one simple task, thought it was done decently once my number came. The new guy served 3 different ppl while the girl who knew stuff was with same client for all the time, only getting up when her friends showed up, without line.

I went to the AT&T store in Kent, WA to replace my son’s stolen phone and Gabriel was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.
I had originally bought a phone from Amazon, but unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with AT&T’s network. I thought for sure we’d be leaving the store without a solution, but Gabriel didn’t give up. He walked us through several options, and when nothing seemed to work, my husband mentioned wishing we knew someone with an extra phone. That’s when Gabriel remembered that someone had recently donated a couple of older phones.
He brought out an iPhone 7, set it up with my son’s number, and just like that—problem solved! My son was thrilled to have a phone again, and I was beyond grateful for Gabriel’s kindness and resourcefulness.
This is the true definition of great customer service. Thank you, Gabriel, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

Gabe was extremely polite, helpful, and efficient in giving us guidance on how to open and reset a deceased relative’s phone. And he checked my AT&T plan and saved me a load of money by upgrading it!
