After getting the runaround from phone representatives and other locations, Tanuj took the time to really understand our issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently. On Tuesday May 14 I stopped at the AT&T Store for a problem I had with my phone. Jam helped me and I appreciated his patience with me asking questions. It is nice to know that there is a helpful AT&T employee so close to home.

My wife and I are NOT very “tech savvy”. Not only was Tanuj Venugopal patient with us, he NEVER showed any frustration with us. Had the roles been reversed, I’m sure that I would have. We even went back the next day as I continued to have troubles. He laughed WITH us (not AT us) and showed me how to get done what I needed to do. Tanuj is a fine young man with the proper temperament to represent AT&T in situations that are very frustrating to his clients. We really appreciated his efforts.

Had a great experience. Tanuj knew what I needed and got me the plan that fit. Thanks a bunch! Update: just finished up here again and Jamare did a fantastic job. Thanks for the iPad! It was good to see Tanuj too. They always make me feel welcome there and move mountains to solve issues.
