Angela was incredibly helpful in finding the appropriate parts I needed to change my brakes, routers, and oil filter. I really felt like she was able to hear what I needed, what I already had, and apply it to the appropriate car parts. It's really nice to walk into a store as a female and talk to an employee who responds in a way that doesn't make me feel like I know nothing about cars, but instead supported and empowered to do the work on my own. I also feel like I didnt get ripped off, like I do it a lot of other places, so that was extra nice.

This store has gone downhill with an extremely argumentative employee that just wanted to talk crap to the customers rather than just ringing up their products. Thank goodness it has a self check as the customers were stacked up like chord wood. If the employee doesn’t like his job why is he even there. I would not recommend this store nor will I ever come back. I just slipped over to self check so I didn’t have to get caught up in the aggressive attitude.

Eric C, one of the managers heard our battery died at the nearby post office. He agreed to walk over and help! On the way he said "we need more kindness" and I couldn't agree more. The world needs more Erics. Thank you for saving us, you have our business for life.

Lately guys have been rush rush and get out. Not as kind as they used to be back in the days. Also noticed they have a half naked girl just hanging out in the parking lot in the fist parking with itty bitty shorts on and her door wide open.

I recently visited this AutoZone to test a battery ( I already had a feeling the battery was bad and the check only solidified my hunch), and I am beyond impressed with the outstanding service I received, thanks to Erick! From the moment I walked in, Erick's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.Not only did Erick sell me a replacement battery, but he also seamlessly installed it with no issues. His efficiency and attention to detail were amazing. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free.I've had nothing but great experiences every time I visit any Autozone!

This place used to be good now everything you go they look like they don’t want to do their job or they always in break or if you ask for any services they will say they don’t have enough people please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

For a franchise located in Kent, WA the employees at this location are understandably nosy, but can definitely be mistaken for rude and disrespect.! Always a neet and orderly store regardless!
