Bath planet sent out Ren to redo my shower. It went from a 3 x 3 to a 6 x 3 1/2. I’m super happy with how it turne Ren did a great job kept my house clean the whole time. Ren was very cautious to make sure he didn’t scratching my floors and walls and he made suggestions that made the job turn out even better. I had picked a few things that I thought would look good and then he had called and told me that that he had some other product at no extra cost just an even swap that would make it even look better and he was absolutely right. Ren knows what he’s doing and you could tell he puts pride in his work. I appreciate that I was able to trust him in my house by himself while I was at work and that means a lot to me so if all the workers are like Ren at bath planet they should be proud, but Ren went above and beyond. Most people would not do thank you to Ren and thank you to bath planet. I’ll add this photo without the glass. Ren will be back to install that.

This was a long awaited shower replacement. We've used Bath Planet before and didn't hesitate to contact them for this job. Our installer, Cole was great to visit with as he worked on our project. We're pleased with the end result.

I have to comparison Shopping for a shower replacement. I settled on Pacific bath. They had excellent reviews and reasonable prices. They finish the work today. It took two days for the tear out and the installation. Michael, the installer was professional did an amazing job. Will be looking forward to seeing them next year for our other bathroom :-)

I actually like the bath fine, and the installers are friendly, but there was a plumbing failure in the wall that caused over 11k in just demo and drying. It caused mold that made me sick. They installed a new shower, but refuse to pay for the expensive repairs to the wall and the mold remediation. I am not excited about the legal proceedings to come. Too bad.

Bath Planet installed our shower over a year ago to replace an oversized and cumbersome bath. We came back to them to install the grab bars and seat. My wife fell ill (recovered now), and we are thankful to have the new installation. I kid her and tell her the shower is the nicest room in the house! :) Thanks Bath Planet. I needed to replace my 30-year old shower and leaking valve. There are so many bathroom remodelers and narrowed my choices down to two with showrooms that I could see in person. One of them was Bath Planet, who I was not familiar with, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient at their showroom. After a home consultation with both remodelers on the same day, Bath Planet was by far the better choice. I opted for the New Galena style with the barn door sliding glass. The installer, Francis, was great and knew exactly what he was doing. He had the old shower removed and the new one installed in a day and a half. Very happy choosing Bath Planet.
