BECU is a great credit Union to be a part of. They address your concerns and your needs in a timely manner. I've been with BECU at Kent station for quite some time now and I've always been a satisfied member of BECU! ☺️

This bank has the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I called since 1pm o'clock until 3:30pm no one answered my call. Shane on you agents you only know how to collect interest on our credit card. 3 hours calling no one had a chance to answer? Stupid

I went to BECU Kent branch twice when I need more checks to pay my bill. First time, they said their printer were out of order.So, they couldn't print check paper for me. One week later, Today,I went back to get the check which I badly need.This time they said,they are updating their apps and unable to give me my checks. Both are nonscense. I don't understand what took it so long for simple service which any banks can privide in no time. I am BECU member and I have my existing account. Very poor service.

Very bad customer service n so rude, He was not listening to my questions n just giving me his options that was not the reason for my visit! So unprofessional n you could tell his not patient n he was holding hos anger for nothing. If I visit this place again in future n see him I’ll definitely refuse his service

Our banker Arkar was very helpful, came in to open an business account in the last minute he stayed in got our business account open provide us with water and made our experience very comfortable and easy.

Not very good Coustmer service have to wait 30 mins to 1 hour to get help and seen agents sitting on there desk but not helping at all and even the bank manager is less bothered about peopleThey don’t even care that people are waiting and quite of them are just walking around and going inside the back room and there is at least 13 people waiting and hearing people waiting for 45 mins such a pathetic work environment where no one cares at all andHope something will be done at this locationBecause every time I come here have to wait for 30 mins to 45 mins to be helped even tho staff are sitting but less bothered to help

Agent asked if I'd like to make a payment, I said no, then she did it anyways without even at least informing me that she just transferred my money despite me saying not right now. I've also been here a multiple times throughout my life, I first got a bank account opened when I was a teenager, and everybody that works here is very uncaring & does not pay attention to what you tell them. It's like they're Ai programs, they don't know what to do when you ask them a question that goes off script. They're not interested in actually having to put effort into thinking. I recommend the Covington location, all of their staff are fantastic.
