Incredibly long lines, and you can’t do co-op banking with partners like WSECU. I can’t believe I waited in line for 25 minutes to be told that they don’t do shared cash banking.

I love BECU every other Bank that gave me a credit card gave me one at 29% and I got great credit.!
Consolidated a personal loan at 12% to pay off my 29% interest cards.
Extremely happy with BECU Bank .
I’ll keep my other bank cards, but I’ll only use BECU credit card from now on.
If you have good credit to begin with, this is the bank to go to get a loan or a bank card.

I am really disappointed in wasting my time with BECU for the HELOC. They will run your credit before checking anything on the loan application. We were denied because the property was deemed ineligible. Would have been easier for them to check before running our credit. Thankfully ours was high enough that it won't make us drop into a lower bracket but if you have a borderline credit score go somewhere else!

I just stopped in to get a. Replacement card and helped me out and CJ went above and beyond my expectations, he printed out my new card and notified me that he would call to get it verified for Apple Pay in the store so I wouldn't have to go through as much haste! Thanks CJ your awesome!!!

This was the worst customer service I have ever had at a BECU in my 13 years of banking here!!! Noel Nakar should never talk to customers. I came in to transfer $4000 and to have a form notarized. Being that I was in a rush I had already Signed the form. I did the transfer and asked for proof so the original teller printed it out for me. Then he went to go get Noel from the back. Noel looked at the form for 2 seconds and dismissively told me he couldn't notarize the form because I had already signed it and then walked away. Shocked and extremely disappointed I called back to him and ask that he reprint the ONE page form. He then said "we don't have access to the printers" and walked away again. Obviously frustrated that he was lying I said "he just printed this transfer off for me and ive had forms printed here in the past." He lies again and said "we don't have access to other websites here". I'm now at the BECU down the street and they printed out my form and notarized it no problem. Noel is a liar, he is lazy, and a poor representation of what becu is all about.
