First of all I hate going to that place but had no choice the night started out fine me and my friend were hungry and we decided to get some food because it was getting close to 10 pm as we got back my friend went first and lady open the door the Asian lady did not say anything to her but she said something to me was rude yelling telling me why you come late when it was 9:30 and are clothes were drying. She started saying I can’t read your mind I would had thrown your clothes away like seriously conman sense your business says10 pm that means 10 pm period we can go as we please she said oh no you have to be in and stay for your clothes who is she she kept on and said nothing to my friend only reason she said anything was because color of my skin she didn’t even realize I was with my Asain friend this lady has no value and how to run a business she needs change the sign and put it on the door and the rules she false Advertising and trust me she will never get my business ever again. She was rude, saying bad words to me making me get really upset to where I didn’t wanna go that route with her because she was an old lady but she ended up making me go that route and she and I actually just to keep quiet. I’m getting my clothes shut the hell up she didn’t say nothing to my friend but she was steadily talking to me. She’s rude and racist and needs to be removed now if she’s the owner I don’t know who would want not wanna go there. I recommend nobody go there.

Online it says closed at 10pm but they close at 9pm! No Good.

If your hours say that you close at 10, why do you actually stop letting people in at 8? If you close down the remaining open machines before the scheduled hours, maybe change them to reflect when you actually close? Incredibly inconvenient for people working full time, and can't actually do their laundry until after work.
