Very helpful. I dropped my wallet as I got out of my truck....... I gave them the key and went to hang out in the bike shop. I came to get my truck after my tires were ready, they surprised me with my wallet, unscathed. THANKS!! Got the truck with four new tires and valve stems, as advertised. Solid. I also keep a big trauma med pack on the shotgun seat floor, because I used to work as an EMT. With flashlights and tourniquets hanging in the pockets..... and they didn't touch a thing. Seems like a great place, and Sydney has the best customer service I've seen in a long time. She did such a good job I had to ask her if she's single. She isn't. Oh well. But good tire experience.

These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I hit a road hazard in front of their shop, pulled over into the next strip mall area to inspect, and found that my tire was rapidly losing air. Then I found out the Ford’s lug nuts notoriously expand and the provided wrench does not fit over the top. So I walked over to Tire Now and explained my problem. They came with me back to my car, helped me get the spare on, and then I drove to their shop to get tires priced out. Upon returning to my car my spare tire was flat, they again immediately jumped to action to help me out. They truly made what could be a difficult situation very tolerable through their amazing customer service.

Great response to my issue. Pointed out an air pressure sensor that was bad and that they could replace it. Couldn’t be happier with service. I’ll be a lifelong customer.
