Our entire trip here was perfect! The front desk staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great and close to everything! In addition, we felt safe and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a little something for everyone (fresh fruit, pancakes, juice, great coffee machine, cereal, yogurt, etc). A nice touch was coming back to our room and seeing fresh cookies by the kitchen area for people. The kids looked forward to this every night! The workout area is nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend for families!

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Don't let the outside fool you. Yes, this is an older hotel, but the inside is nicely updated. Great room with a view of the golf course. I just wish there was an in room microwave.

IM GIVING FIVE STARS ACROSS EVERYTHING BUT REALLY ITS BECAUSE OF THE WOMAN WORKER THERE AT NIGHT, REAL PRETTY, ASIAN DESCENT, AND SUPER PATIENT WITH MY FAMILY WHEN I NEEDED TO GET MY FAMILY INTO A HOTEL ASAP AND WE PUT HER THROUGH MUCH CONFUSION N STRESS IM SURE OF IT, BUT SHE DIDNT SHOW IT AT ALL AND TOTALLY REMAINED THE VERY KIND SWEET PERSON SHE HAD BEEN FROM THE START, THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH AND I KNOW YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY HAVE A MAJOR RAISE CAUSE YOU ARE THE EPITOMY OF PERFECT CUSTOMER CARE AND ARE IN GENERAL JUST A REALLY GREAT PERSON AND TOTALLY AMAZING AT DEALING WITH SOCIAL SITUATIONS WHERE ALOT OF PEOPLE MAY HAVE JUST LOST IT, LOL THANKS GIRL!! ME AND MY FAMILY APPRECIATE YOU AND CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH IT MEANT TO US TO HAVE BEEN TREATED SO KINDLY BY YA, WE WERE DEALING WITH ALOT THAT NIGHT AND U WERE A HUGE HELP TO GET US THROUGH IT AND MY MOTHER AND SISTER INTO A ROOM. YOU ROCK. I HOPE YOU GET A RAISE, YOU DEF SHOULD, U DESERVE IT!!!!

The room was clean and staff was pleasant. The only thing wrong was my AC wasn’t coming on. I spoke with the front desk and they reset my rooms system. That fixed it. I was only about 15 minutes from the conference I was attending.

I booked this hotel for my son’s wedding because I am from out of town and had a terrible experience with the front desk. I booked a room with 2 beds, had the confirmation screenshotted and everything and upon arrival I got checked in, opened the door and there was only one bed. The person I was staying with and I needed separate beds. When we came down to talk to front desk about it we were told this is what we get, no apology or offer to give another room that has two beds. She was blank out rude to us and said she doesn’t have availability for two beds and also started to ignore us. We do not speak English well and were very shocked at how we were treated so disrespectful. When we reached out to customer service we got ZERO help. We were told that we need to prove that it was not the right room but we had proof of the reservation under two beds just not a picture of the room with one. (Plus why would we complain if it was two beds in the first place). The night before my son’s wedding I had to look for a different hotel and pay another fee and never got any money back from this one, not even an apology. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms: The room was the handicap room, which we set up a month for an upcoming surgery. Nice room, but no view because of the beautiful trees. Love the staff! Penie (Penny) is such a big help and always a big smile!
We also love Courtney!

Rooms are clean and breakfast is good and ample.
Stay away if you have a trailer or motor home. We were given bad info from staff after we called before arriving. The hotel shares a parking lot with 2 restaurants and other businesses. We arrived at 7PM and no spaces were available.
The so called "King Bed Plaza room" overlooked the parking lot and was noisy.

I am SUPER picky when it comes to hotels and this one exceeded my expectations. It is very clean, fairly modern, and in a good location. The breakfast was great! Would stay again for sure.

Stayed here one night after a week of traveling Seattle and some of the nearby national parks with my kids. I picked the location because it was near the airport, and was very pleased with my families entire experience from check in, to the room itself being very comfy and clean, with a nice breakfast and coffee machine too. The entire staff was great too.
Noteworthy details: Has a golf simulator you can rent for very reasonable price

I have nothing but great things to say about this Best Western, especially when it comes to their customer service and their employees. I have stayed here a handful of times and I am always greeted by Courtney at the front desk who always goes above and beyond. Every time I have visited she has already attached my rewards number to my reservation since it doesn’t show up when I book through my work. Every other employee I have worked with there has also been great. In a day where customer service has disappeared, this place has figured it out. Very well managed! Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Kent area.

Our stay was better than expected! Our room service was always on point and went the extra mile to leave our room nice and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Breakfast provided was pretty good.

We stay here for out of town work and it is very clean, great variety of food in the morning and the front desk guy named Brad is so kind. He is always in a great mood and very speedy. Always goes out of his way to make sure we are comfortable and taken care of when arriving early. This guy is great at what he does. This is one of the cleanest BWs I have stayed in. The beds are so comfortable and great food in the area.
