Very EXCELLENT Customer Service, I had A Great Experience Here and They Are Friendly Funny Nice And Helpful From Manager To Staff I Recommend This Store Especially If Your Close They Have Patients And They Do What They Csn To Find What You Need And Make Sure You Leave Happy ? I Was Running Late To There Closing Time And They Stayed Open Just For Me To Get What I Was Looking For All It Took Was Communication And They Delivered Thank You Guys ! Well I got an interview for a job and I didn't get it so I'm a little angry about that I mean I think the store is kind of pissing at myself I didn't realize how small they are this one and Kent was tiny it was like it was like half the size of a dollar store a small I mean unless you're going to get shoes or a gun I mean you can probably get it done anywhere but you know it wouldn't be hard to get a gun there so I would think guns and maybe a fishing pole and really basic stuff shoes you know I wouldn't bother trying to get anything specialized their fancy gym equipment cuz you probably won't see it there. Well I will I guess I will give him two stars because you know they do have inexpensive gloves there I'll give them that you know that I got some gloves or a couple of times I think they're like 10 bucks or something which is pretty reasonable for a decent gloves you know cold weather gloves I wear gloves in the summer too but I don't think they well they might have SPF gloves there I didn't bother looking but usually people are like $26 for him which is ridiculous. They don't even know they don't even know shield you from the Sun that well either that's a sad part you really should wear two of them but it'd be really uncomfortable. I don't know where these people got 4.2% either there's no way I give this place a 4.2 this place is I mean I'm being generous with the two stars just because of the the gloves cuz you know that's a good deal but that's very that's really not a very very if there's only one thing in there I like that's not very good.

I was at Big 5 Sporting Goods last week to buy a replacement sports bag. I've bought my last 5 or so bags at this location among other items. I'm always pleased with their service and their employee's enthusiasm and knowledge. Their products have always given me good service and a long life.
