They lied that the promotion was for the first 3 months at $15. In fact, they sent me a SIM card, which I activated, after 2 weeks, but they counted from the date it was sent. Although the seller said that there are 30 days for activation and they count from the moment of activation. There was autopay, but the second month at a price of 25 and even $0.49 additional fee. I called, spent an hour of time, a lot of SMS with a code and nothing changed. I wanted a transfer to another company, but after an hour of talking to three employees, a lot of SMS with codes, information about my name, address, etc., they kind of did not verify me and started asking for my full social security number, despite the fact that they called me, that is, there is no guarantee that they are not scammers. Not recommended.

Out of principle I’m giving you one star because you decided to take out advertisement space for the word “Verizon”. Believe it or not but I use google maps to navigate and look up information and when companies like you do this you can end up wasting a whole lot of my time (and money via gas) if I’m in auto pilot or tired and don’t catch that the first option is an ad for NOT the thing I searched for before traveling there. Thankfully today it was only momentary confusion - but this practice disgusts me so enjoy the 1 star. At the very least I can waste your time like you wasted mine.

Paid for three months service, phone broke spoke to a representative over the phone I was told I had an upgrade went to local boost store to pick out my upgrade phone was then told no upgrade for you not until August 6 over two weeks away . They expect me to wait it doesn't matter that for most of sixteen years I've been a very loyal paying on time customer and they waste my time my gas my patience . They want to say sorry nothing for you your not new so if I was a new customer I'd get a new free cool phone my plan would be $5 less every month and locked in for life . I'm sorry but that's wrong

Everytime I come in their trash can is overflowing. This dude Carlos never knows what he's talking about. Always mumbling. Store always opens late or they leave for lunch and take more than enough time. What professionalism is it that he also always has friends or girlfriend over while he's working? Like the customers want your boyfriend! We want our service fixed! If he's the owner of the store no wonder your closing stores down. He has no work ethic, or customer service. Never coming to this location again.

Boost is one of worst phone companies out there. Stay far away.
