“Wow! I went to Great Floors for a new carpet... was replacing a 30-year-old carpet. Wendy was awesome! She listened and found me exactly what I was looking for! She made everything really easy Including the install. She chose a wonderful installer named Ozzy. He came and did a lot of detail work for me and my carpet is just beautiful! He was on time and did fantastic work he even cleaned up afterwards and vacuumed my new carpet so it looked beautiful. He was also very careful not to let my indoor cats out and I greatly appreciate that. I definitely want to go back and get some kitchen flooring and work with both Wendy and Ozzy!!!”
