Broken lighting - really shady at night. Slow ATM. Did not feel safe. Seems to me this Chase has little semblance to the grand establishment J.P. Morgan used to be back in the day.

Great staff! from top down at the Chase Bank in Kent Meridian. The branch manager is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made the process simple and easy. I am aware that the same service can take more than a day at other banks/credit union. My husband and I were impressed. My puppy was happy, too - he was treated with dog biscuits :)I've seen many "not so good reviews" about Chase Bank, but so far our experiences have been wonderful. We have been customers since 2022. I've gone to Burien branch, Southcenter branch and today we were referred to Kent Meridian branch. All of the branches provided great customer service and staff are friendly and professional.We were provided with the superb service at the Chase Bank in Kent Meridian. The branch manager Lu went above and beyond providing the service we needed. Lu was kind enough to help us between calls, so we didn't have to wait long. Max was great/ knowledgeable and we will continue to work with him during the upcoming months.Also, we were welcomed as we walked in by a man behind the counter and informed of a quick short wait. He was friendly and courteous.The branch is super clean and welcoming. It even has a table for kids to entertain - stickers and drawing, etc. and a cookie jar. The place is neat and very well kept.What a great branch!!!T, Vicki and Elfie

Place was nice, friendly staff. They had cash when I made a withdrawal. The drive thru was weird. ATM lane was roped off, middle lane was plugged with cars and the drive up window says "exit". I was confused, so I went inside. They said the drive thru was available to use.

I have a credit card problem.I went to this the branch of chase bank. I Sat dawn and waited for the bankers.I sat dawn for almost 40 minutes but the bankers are never come ask me anything.I saw two or three bankers are talking each other's and having free time.I sat dawn almost one hour and no one talked to me and left home.I don't know what's happening this bank?? It's so bad.Pleas don't go this the branch of chase bank if you have very important to talk the bankers.

On 6/22, I noticed a discrepancy of $591.47 after reviewing my bank statements from December, 2021-March, 2022. I then reviewed my bank statements from April, 2022-May, 2022 and was able to decrease that amount to $444.47. On 6/23, I reviewed all receipts/transactions and was able to decrease that amount to $300.16, but kept coming to the same discrepancy of $300.16 after reviewing six months' worth of bank statements, receipts, and recent/pending transactions. I decided to go to Chase in-person to see if a teller could manually calculate all transactions on the bank statements, and see if the discrepancy was due to a computing error, but the teller stated it would be a THREE-HOUR WAIT. When I asked if a manager was available, the teller stated the manager was IN A MEETING!!! So, I closed my savings account and will be closing my checking account as soon as this discrepancy is investigated further. I hope losing my business was worth it...

This particular branch is absolutely terrible. Customer service is non existent, tellers are lazy and non responsive. There is no sense of urgency to assist customers...the manager should be fired andChase should put a competent team in there with good leadership...absolutely abysmal.

Look for another financial institution.After work, I went to this branch because online, I saw that it would be opened until 5:00 pm. I arrived before 4:30 and found out that they had closed. There were about 5 people outside trying to conduct there financial business. Not to mention another bunch arriving and trying to do the same we were, going in. Even the piece of paper on the glass door read Monday-Friday 9-5Everyone has emergencies, we all understand that, but then, change the time you are advertising on-line. Nowadays, most of us check updates to avoid this kind of letdowns. I didn’t need to sit in that traffic and go home without doing accomplishing my goal. Had I seen that this brand was going to be closed, I would have look for another one. In fact, in my mind, what I want to look for is another financial institution. Just down the block there is another bank that was opened.Last week I passed by the drive-thru and the guy that took care of my transaction was rude. Which I found unusual. My experience in other branches has been much better that what I have experienced here.Maybe the employees need a little motivation.Whatever it is, Chase is letting us down. Time to move to another company that will respect my time.

I am so tired of Chase Financial Bank, I made a cash deposit, and I needed to use the money at Enterprise Rental Car. Long story short my card was declined because Chase even though I instructed that I needed to use my card for a particular transaction, and it needed to go through. Of course it didn't. I still need my rental that I have because my car was total by my insurance.

They have intentionally and (permanently?) disabled their phone lines for being "too busy" when asked. The fact is, they have disabled the phones or don't pick up regardless of the number of people there. I have called over 5 dozen times over the past 4 weeks and they have not answered once. While there for more than 30 minutes we never heard a single phone ring. Their branch manager was suppose to call me after a visit which could not be resolved without him, but Andrew still hasn't called 3 days later. Do not do business with this branch, you will not able to have any questions answered unless going there in person which is very impractical.

Never recommend to use this branch to do your business!They are very slow and not business friendly.The Vice President Mr. Andrew MacGregor; instead of help you to handle your order ; he looking to find some minor problems on your check or paper works to make a delay or do not work on that at all!He wasted my time couple times Very slow! And not helpful !
