We’ve moved in Oregon and into/out of Washington several times and used different companies each time, but we will be using this company for our next (and hopefully final) move for sure. So organized, Brandi and Warren were very responsive and helpful, and Roel and his crew of movers were so friendly while also being fast and efficient! And we had a crappy driveway and they didn’t seem to care and kept things moving smoothly the whole time. They numbered everything so we could keep track as we moved between spaces, which no one else ever did. Phenomenal, highly recommend!!!

The actual move was very poor. It cost us $32,000! Besides things being broken like dining chairs and lladro sculptures, several things were not included in the move such as screws, bolts, nuts, cables and cords after they disassembled every possible piece. The parts that they disassembled weren’t even kept together. Still looking for parts of tv stands and carts. But no hardware there either.
They had opened our packed garment boxes and shoved end tables, a coffee table and even a boxed printer in with our clothes. Some of these things were broken. We had to purchase a new $4,000 bed frame after they lost the cables to it. A 4500 sewing cabinet was completely disassembled and they didn’t include hardware that was no longer available. We had to try and find cables for our reclining leather loveseats.
They ignore boxes market fragile and top load only so things arrived broken.
They offered 500.00 as a repayment for all that was lost.

Thor and his crew at Andrews Moving did an excellent job. The guys on the crew were friendly, helpful and careful. They double checked that everything was where we wanted it, took good care of our household items, and did an incredible job at fitting everything we needed them to fit into a storage unit. They went above and beyond to make it an easy move day and we would definitely use them again.

We used Chipman Relocations Services to pack up our ~2700 sq. ft. house last month. Warren did the initial house walk through and set-up. He was top-notch! Super communicative, accessible, and very knowledgeable. The Andrews Crew on-site was amazing! The first day we had 3 crew arrive and work from 9am-4pm. I was skeptical how much they would be able to accomplish and totally proven wrong. By end of day, over half the house was packed up and packed safely and thoroughly. The second day came a larger crew because the morning was packing and the afternoon was loading and packing. Booked for 3-4 days, they only needed two 2.5, and spent the last half day only loading. I have worked in logistics and found the entire Chipman team to be superb. They were all courteous, helpful, thorough, and communicative. That’s a rare combo to get these days. I recommend them for anyone looking packing, moving and/or storage.

Chipman handled two cross-country moves for us in the last three years and were excellent from beginning to end both times. Our move coordinator, Brandi, did a terrific job keeping us informed of all logistics. Warren did a remarkably accurate job estimating our total cost through a video walkthrough of our home, and the packing and delivery crew led by Elvis and Ross did a great job. Our belongings were treated with care and arrived without damage. Our driver, Ross, supervised both crews and kept us informed of his timeline for delivery. Highly recommend.
