This bank is horrible. I had a Columbia account for years, then Umqua comes in and takes over. I spent over an hour on two different lines trying to get a hold of customer service, once they answered, the woman on the other end says, "Thank you for holding but I am busy" Click! I never got charged a service fee of $3.00 when I had the account with Columbia, but here comes Umqua with fees and zero overdraft protection unless I pay a fee. I have played this game long enough with this horrible bank, I have taken my finances elsewhere.

This low class bank now hands me a DANGEROUS BPS soaked thermal paper receipt every deposit....NO SHAME +B/W statements that look like a dos program created it! I'm leaving before my next check order!!Grrrrrr

I starting coming to this branch now that Dee is the new branch manager. She is great and her team there gets the job done in a timely manner consistently. I can always count on them to take care of my banking needs!

I was told by Renton branch that this branch can print me a new card then I drive all the way here for them to tell me they don't have enough staff to print my card and made me wait for 30 min to tell me that. Waist of time.

I have an overdraft on my account! Why can’t I resolve this because you have lots of downs!Why are you so outdated in 2021 century!I can’t deposit cash in atm, can’t deposit check in atm, can’t do mobile deposit after 6pm today is a holiday won’t allow me do a mobile deposit neither yesterday neither today! How you want me to be able to use my card and your bank if I can’t deposit money! Can’t pay my bills. Zelle always has some limit always some authorization required to call and waist my time! Other banks don’t have that! Will say with confident I will look for another bank! Please see the pic and I didn’t do no deposits and it sas I have limits it puts me in a zone where I’m limited and can’t do nothing.You are loosing one more customer!Hope the owner and management is going to do something to keep up close like other national banks with lots of convenience!Hope someone will pay attention and take actions regarding this.

W1 star is for no people at bank and you have to wait so long over 10 min and this is not one time! I’m not talking about the phone one time I was 45 minutes on hold with IRS you don’t wait that long!Another example look! It’s like they don’t value your time

The Kent branch has always treated me very well. Sam and Kevin in particular have made a lot of effort to make a personal connection. They always know my name when I stop by. Great people.

very simple to open an account. Very friendly staff. A littlr bit to puahy when you deposit checks into the account. They try and get you to leave as mich as possible in the bank...outside of that annoying aspect nothing but an easy great banking experience.

My mother has been dealing with Columbia Bank for more than a few years. My mom calls in this morning to talk about an issue with her account. She speaks to DIANE about the issue, and gets off the phone to call Renton location. Well DIANE forgot to hang up the phone, and proceeds to talk down about my mother to her coworkers. So unprofessional.
