Absolutely fantastic movers. I’ve moved with them twice - they are always on time, so considerate, incredibly kind / thoughtful, beyond appreciative for everything. All of them are exceptionally hard working and efficient. I adored the crew of our last move + driver (Bastri) and coordinator (Lindsey) were EXCELLENT.

Bastri & his team were so awesome to work with. They took care of my family's packing in good time, thoroughly and with respect. They truly took a stressful 4 days & turned them into 2 of fun (because they were done earlier than projected!) Bastri wouldn't even take the money from a playful bet we made about getting a table out without taking it apart. 5 stars. Would definitely hire this group to move my family again. Thanks team!

We had many items damaged and many more missing on our move from Seattle to Cleveland. I immediately called while our driver was still here to report that 2 of our most expensive items were not delivered. Now United says they will not pay for these missing items because I did not alert them at time of delivery. This is totally untrue. Our boxes and furniture looked like they were never wrapped or just thrown around. Due to our location they needed to first load in a smaller truck and transfer to a larger truck. This is where all the problems occurred as what was loaded from our house was done properly and everything was accounted for. I am still fighting with United for compensation. Interesting that United's website show all 4 and 5 star reviews but if you search them on consumer affairs you will find so many stories similar to ours. I strongly encourage anyone to avoid using this company for your next move. It cost us $5000 in missing goods to learn this lesson. It is a shame that they don't stand behind their company and make it right for their customers. This image is how one of our boxes was received.

Truly an above and beyond experience! After a horrible, scam situation with previous movers requiring cash and doubling the price, last minute, and waiting hours after their original promised time range, I was BLESSED by a colleague's referral to use CMS. They not only listened to my situation, there was genuine empathy in their eagerness and willingness to help provide me a solution, and was able to coordinate movers to arrive next day, early morning to my house, to pick up my items and get me on my way for my job relocation. The communication, the logistics, the care, and the communication hands down exceeds the expectation of any company's customer service level! Having this level of peace of mind, during a stressful time such as moving and relocation, it's truly World Class. I was assigned my Move Coordinator who has been an absolute gem for me during this stressful time.
Do not bother with any company other than CMS!! THANK YOU to the team that helped me during a horrific experience.

I & my extended family has used CMS many years and for multiple moves and they been fantastic and professional every time. I’ve heard so many disappointing move stories from friends using other companies - I’m happy to admit that I can’t relate. I had Toni manage my mom’s move and she and the moving crew get an A+ from my mom (who’s a high maintenance customer…)

I recently had this company come to pack up my house and it started off good, but ended horribly. They showed up on time and started packing up my house pretty quick. By the time they finished I discovered that they not only broke a wax warmer that I had plugged in, but wasted the wax on the floor and said nothing. The man in charge Wes Parsons tried cleaning it up but didn't get it all up. Fast forward to when I received my things........I was HEATED! You can tell they were just trying to get things to fit and it didn't matter how. Some of my property like a fan and floor light were bent and broken. Other things were disassembled and just thrown in different places. Based off this experience I wouldn't recommend using them.
