“I've had a really great experience with this credit union, and I have used them for two car loans. My truck was totaled and the gap insurance, Safe-Guard Gap, is dragging their feet on covering the gap(will never use them again), but my payment with Harborstone is due and I walked in and the manager, Dennis, was very helpful. He informed me of what will be happening with this loan, and he made me feel much better about not being able to cover my loan and told me that he will note my account so I don't get collector calls because of my situation.
