So I had the most frustrating experience here that I have ever had in my life I went to buy a screen protector and case for my phone enna told me since I was buying a screen protector I could pick a free item I picked the headphones she rang everything up and it was 93 dollars I wasn't thinking about it until she gave me the receipt that I was charged for the headphones it's an itemized list that has the price and taxes added for each item in their own bracket the screen protector said 50 percent off the case said 5 dollars off the headphones said 44 dollars with no 0 Mark under it which means I was charged for the headphones I told Enna that I was charged for the headphones and she said no you weren't and I said the receipt right here says I was she said no you weren't so I added up all the totals after-tax including the headphones full price and it was the exact amount I was charged which proved that I was charged for the headphones she said that's the taxes I said so I was taxed the exact price of the headphones? She said no you were taxed on the head phones price I said and that tax was the exact amount for them that doesn't make sense she refused to look at my receipt she refused to help me in any way kept telling me I don't have time for this over and over I then said ok just give me my money back for the headphones and she gave me 13 dollars cash with no receipt I said 13 isn't 44 dollars she said this is what you were charged for for the headphones I said look at the receipt and do the math I was charged 44 dollars for them no you weren't her name is Enna but she told me she was the only manager at that site and that her name was Maria even tho the receipt has her dang name on it she then proceeded to to talk shit about me in Spanish to Hispanic customers and they were looking at me laughing and she was laughing all having a good ole time and she completely disregarded everything didn't look into anything for me nothing then she proceeded to sell the headphones to the Hispanic guys at a discount price now I'm in the process of getting my whole 93 dollars back and a free case and screen protector and hopefully that lady is kicked to the curb I've already file a grievance with the corporate office and now that location will be under investigation I didn't deserve to be treated this way when all I wanted her to do was prove to me that I'm stupid but she did absolutely nothing except tell me I don't have time for this I have other customers I'm a customer and I'm asking for your help I don't have time for this terrible terrible experience and I hope you guys take this matter very seriously
EDIT: so after going through all of this it took over a week of me calling and talking to the manager Janet who said I'll call you back later today 4 different times and never did to find out that not only am I getting ripped off and treated like trash they are not going to do anything about it other than write up the lady who did this and who knows if that not just what they are telling me I won't be receiving the free headphones I was promised I just got an apology and a case closed I would highly recommend not going to this store they do not at all care about their customers and are completely ok with treating them badly and ripping them off

I bought a cell phone here for $111 dollars and gave it to a woman I was dating to use. Someone stole it and the Sim card from the phone. Since I didn't know the number of the stolen phone the store pretended they couldn't look it up with my debit card or drivers license which is not true. They helped the thief steal the service I paid for and enjoy the phone as well and broke the law against me. I demand a full refund or will be reporting the store to the Kent Police and suing in small claims. Such bad service it's a crime.

The manager at this location janet was very helpful and fast and knowledgeable about what she was doing she switched over my 5 lines from metro pcs with better deals and new phones im telling my whole family members and friends!!

The women at this location are amazing!! They have excellent customer service and are eager to help any customers problem. There is location closer to my house that I used for years but their terrible attitudes and them constantly not having an answer brought me here. Thank you ladies!?

Do not go to this store in Kent. Most of the phones are missing from the display shelves and the few that are there don't have any pricing listed whatsoever. I asked the sales clerk how we were supposed to shop for phones with no prices and she said "usually they have them on the phones but none of the QR codes were set up on these". Then she rudely told me she has to leave in 25 minutes. Ummm ok. I guess they don't want business, so don't give them any. This store looked like it got looted and was in some sort of post apocalyptic state. Just horrible.
