Don't waste your money here. The auto parts this store is selling are fake and of 2nd hand. I bought low beam lights from this store. And, both lights lasted only a week. The brake pads they sell only work a few months and put you in danger on the road because this business is selling poor quality parts. I don't know how this business is in business so far.

Older guy at the counter was pretty rude for going in and buying under a business account. He acted like I was putting him out of his way. Wanted us to remove Calipers from boxes and place old ones in boxes. Oreillys just does it. I am not sure if that’s the standard but you definitely shouldn’t make customers feel like they are a bother. Napa is a great place to get parts just the guy at the counter needs to act like he actually likes his job and people!

Stopped to buy some batteries for my Ram3500. Got them and truck needed a jumpstart. LOGAN went out of his way and used his personal jump box to get me back on the road. Great customer service from him as well. THANK YOU! Give this guy a raise

LOGAN!!!!!!! My car overheated and I made it to this store and LOGAN went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to make it to the mechanic or even home depending on how my drive from here is! He was awesome and his knowledge of my problem was shocking that he actually knew what he was talking about (most dont) I recommend this store (especially when LOGAN is working) for anything parts wise and wants to interact with someone that truly cares about others problems on what you need!!!

We chose the signature package for our Nissan Altima and I couldn't be happier, our car looks like the day we purchased it 3 years ago. Their pricing is very accessible for the options available compared to others. The customer service was also top tier, I had to reschedule my service 2x times due to conflicts and each time I called the staff were professional and helpful, I also appreciate how they look at your car with you to make sure the package you requested will yield your personal desired results. 10/10 don't hesitate and book with them, you will not regret it.

They really helped last visit helping me find an inexpensive wrench which I ended up not needing. Very helpful. They are not too busy. They aren't trying to upsell you. I've been going there for twenty years. We must have ten shops in a few square miles.
