We have been using Dugans for many years for our team uniforms. Their artist puts together cool designs the kids love. Always fast, high quality printing. Jim offers great suggestions on new items and delivery to the team.

This place use to be really good at getting back to you with quotes and just overall correspondence. My husband used them for years when he was coaching soccer. I started coaching soccer, this is my 3rd year, and for the past three years I have been trying to use this company to order trophies as my husband swore they were amazing. I would have thought I would have learned from the first two times I have tried to use this company. The first time, 3 years ago, I emailed for a quote. No response. I called and again asked for a quote. Several days later I finally receive one. I again emailed some modifications and no response. So I went with another company. Last year, same exact thing and ended up again going with another company. This year..SAME THING. I emailed this company about a week ago and nothing. I'm not even going to bother to call this time. DONE with this place. Save your time and look elsewhere.

This place was very helpful. I started off taking a piece to West Coast Awards to get mounted and they were so incredibly rude, I walked out. A Google search led me here to Dugan's. I walked in, explained what I needed and the attitude I experienced at West Coast and the guy was happy to help. I work for a company that handles awards on an annual basis. I took thier business card to pass on as a solid and respectful business.

Our organization has used this business many times. For some reason I was told that they don't keep the orders under the business name, but under the name of who takes the order. I have the name of who usually handles the uniform orders, along with a few other names, and he still couldn't find anything. I finally just kind of had to ballpark guess what size I needed for the printing. The turnaround time was decent. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday I believe and I was called to pick up on Monday or Tuesday. The price was decent. Those are their saving graces. The print job was decent. Except their is a bit of a yellow tint on the outside of the number. Kind of annoying. But nothing I can really do about it. The shorts aren't made anymore so I can't buy them again.
