East valley is a clean lean storage place the people are really nice and the maintance guy is cool and they have good security there too but boy I've never seen such a really clean storage place before its awsome thanks guys for letting us get a unit there great prices too and they have a u hale. Truck trailer u can use free you just pay for the gas and the miles you use on the u hale ..

NO HiGH SECURITY!!! This place only has 6 working cameras, all of the cameras throughout the facility do not work they claim to have high security that is posted and advertised everywhere . Someone followed another person thru the gate and popped the hallway door open super easy, then drilled out my tiny lock. Then was gone with my entire storage. There was a camera above my locker but nope they are not hooked up. I ask to see the footage and they say “we are not allowed to show you”. Then try to charge me the next months rent after everything is gone including the lock. It has been over 2 months and still have not heard a word from them or it even being investigated or looked into. With well over 10k of personal new belongings that I trusted these people with and lost, I can tell you do not use this storage facility. Ask what security measures assures your belongings will be safe and see for yourself there is none except the gate that anybody can obviously just go thru. I will be leaving reviews on many other social sites to prevent someone else from having to take a loss like we have to this facility.

The staff is the reason this review has any stars. Ron specifically, if you're out there dude, I hope they give you a raise.Ron went above and beyond to help and take care of everyone after an unfortunate theft from multiple units across the complex.The theft was allegedly of a nature that it was something nearly impossible to completely prevent anywhere, no matter their level of security, and it was caught on camera with a prompt police report. The security at this location is good. No level of security prevents everything.Ron handled the whole situation extremely well and was incredibly kind and professional about everything.Seriously if you're Ron's boss and you are reading this: give him a pay raise and extra vacation time; he deserves the best. You want to keep him around.Also the other staff were extremely kind and helpful, Ron just went completely above and beyond to help everyone and was the main point of contact.Units clean, accessible, can take a medium size moving truck in the area. Gate coded individually, cameras everywhere, options to add additional locks but one tube lock comes included with unit.Photo of unit when first rented

The manager here is super nice, very accommodating, and for referrals, u get $50 cash money!! Plus a safe, dry place to store ur stuff.

I worked through a different agency to clean some of this facility. I am still waiting for payment from my own company which I've been in contact with and they are having trouble getting a hold of this storage facility business in order to be able to get my hours established so I can get paid. Pay me already!!!!
