Easy enough to secure a unit and set up account online, received email promptly with details needed for access. They do offer purchase of a padlock through their service and info for obtaining it from a lockbox on site but the padlocks provided simply do not work with the door mechanisms on these units. Ended up having to make a quick trip to Target and buy my own lock in order to secure my unit at move in. Also the self service kiosk had been heavily vandalized and is non functional. Autopayments and access pin I was given have always worked fine though. All in all, its a decent place to store some extra stuff, considering the low prices. Just bring your own padlock and don't expect much in the way of customer service. There is no actual manager of any kind on site. Very much a virtually operated facility and self serve kind of place. But still not the worst, and certainly an adequate place to store a few excess items. I wouldn't recommend storing anything of great financial value here though, not the most well secured units here...

When I had an issue (only once), I left a message and was called back within 5 minutes and the issue was immediately resolved. Facility is clean and well lit.

Horrible. Storage was broke into and they said nothing. I found out on my own months later. Still has misc crap up stairs and damaged units. Main door for the building has bonds over the keyhole

East Hill Storage is the first storage unit I’ve used and I love it! I don’t see me needing to use any other company. I love how quick and easy it is to get in and out, and how clean it is. My boyfriend was a mover at the time, and expressed the importance of the units being heated for sanitary purposes and how he’s seen units that cost more or maybe even less but weren’t half as nice and it was a hassle to get in and out. I love the location, I love how convenient it is, & most of all I love knowing my belongings are safe. Thanks East Hill Storage!

Clean, easiest, fastest experience I have ever had renting a storage unit. Everything is online, and you don’t have to stress about signing any paperwork.

I've had an indoor storage unit here for 6 or 7 years, and it's mostly great, except the occasional time I can't get in the building because the keypad doesn't work, or the homeless people living in the storage units. The location is convenient for me and I haven't had a break-in.

Super convenient place with great service! I was so thrilled to learn I could send packages through FedEx, UPS *and* USPS all in one place without having to run around looking for the right dropboxes/stores all over town. Will definitely be back for shipping and probably also if I ever need a mailbox or a U-Haul. Good people. :)
