I've had an indoor storage unit here for 6 or 7 years, and it's mostly great, except the occasional time I can't get in the building because the keypad doesn't work, or the homeless people living in the storage units. The location is convenient for me and I haven't had a break-in.

Super convenient place with great service! I was so thrilled to learn I could send packages through FedEx, UPS *and* USPS all in one place without having to run around looking for the right dropboxes/stores all over town. Will definitely be back for shipping and probably also if I ever need a mailbox or a U-Haul. Good people. :)

I went in on a Saturday. The place looks like the usual PO box, shipping, notary type of store. What you can't tell is that there's a huge storage area upstairs. Jared the manager was great. If they don't have the larger size you need, they can probably make a larger unit from two smaller ones. The price I got was the lowest of anywhere I've looked, so I'm moving my stuff down from Everett. Safe, dry and heated too.

Rented a uhaul here, overall good service, very convenient key drop for after hours. Did not have the dolly I had reserved though, said they'd rented it to someone earlier, which made moving more difficult.
