“Brought my daughters iphone in for a cracked screen. He said it would be done in 30 mins or so. Unfortunately I had other obligations so couldn't wait around. Left the phone and told him I'd be back the next day. Just got it back now and it's like new! Amazing job. Highly recommend. Will definitely do business with again.”

“The store and the tech were great. The experience with Asurion was a nightmare. The manager Fox and other techs were all actually good at following up where they could be expected to. They also didn't have the tools to help with the insurance side. They had the parts and honestly thought it was going to be 2 hours and not 60 from start to finish.
Asurion took a 2 hour screen repair and first by having the only look up being my phone number which had been recorded in the account with an incorrect number, that the first 2 reps didn't even attempt to fix. I got the claim to the store after making an appointment with a rep. That claim botched and I had to call in. They canceled it but didn't say that was what they were doing and said they were fixing it. That was Friday. I had 2 events on Friday and Saturday that I wanted my phone for. It wasn't ready until I called on Monday and had to pay a second copayment and drive to my phone which I had taken to a store in Seattle because I was performing there but since it was after I left for the weekend I had to make an additional hour long drive pay an additional toll and buy another 1/2 tank of gas. I won't actively recommend people due business with Asurion but you have a monopoly on the cell phone insurance market so we have no choice”

“This a 10 star service and store. I was wanting a repair on an electric piano, and no one seemed to repair non acoustic ones. multiple businesses recommended Alpine to me and I'm glad they did. Their pricing is reasonable and service is top notch. The service person even wore shoe covers at home. He was able to fix the issue in no time. I absolutely will not go anywhere else for electronic repair now! P.s. even though it says burien, they service a wide area. My service was in downtown Seattle”
“First off customer service was ? the people that helped us was so polite, friendly, helpful.the battery fit like a glove on my 2011 cvo street glide and 200$ dollars cheaper than Harley, don't go to Harley for battery, and my battery came with 2 year warranty, Harley wanted 402$ for a damn battery with there 1 year warranty ?.”
“These guys are great, saved us a TON. Wife's iPhone 12 Max Pro had a fall, we were certain the phone needed to be replaced. That, or very expensive repairs. The screen was just a little messed up at first,then black started spreading until the phone was unusable. We were bummed, as we don't have insurance. Called around, one place wanted 400, these guys are 250 for a new screen and did it in 20 minutes. The guy we delt with was extremely helpful and very friendly.CALL THESE GUYS FRIST...5 stars EASY!”

“This shop amazed me. It's not easy to find a TV repair shop anymore so support this business so we can continue to have services like this. We should not live in a disposable world.I needed a repair estimate for my TV for my warranty provider and I don't have a repair shop within 200 miles. TV City was able to take my information, pictures, and video of my problem and get me a written repair estimate for my warranty provider. “I had a great experience with Nortech. My LG OLED TV was busted and past the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I called up Nortech and they quickly sent a tech to diagnose. Unfortunately the entire main motherboard had to be replaced, which they ordered and then promptly replaced at my home after it had arrived. They were upfront and accurate with their estimate of the full price to repair. Most importantly, the TV works great now. An added bonus was that they helped me fill out the required form so I could file a claim through my AMEX extended warranty program. I would recommend Nortech anytime I have TV trouble in the future.”
