Driver never showed up, called several times and they kept saying he would be there soon on every call only to log it as we were unavailable, when we were there and present ALL DAY, now on the rescheduled visit they want to come outside of our business hours. Uncapable of getting freights out on time, if at all.

They’ve had my shipment since 11/27. The truck they need is ‘undergoing maintenance’. It’s been over 2 weeks which delayed an entire build project I had scheduled.

I had a terrible experience with their delivery They told me they deliver from 8-12 when they did not show up so I called and They couldn’t care less. Now I am still waiting for their delivery

Promised delivery day after day without being able to show up. Company was selected by an Amazon seller so we didn't have a choice in vendor. I would do whatever possible to avoid this company

I have had deliveries scheduled out of this warehouse twice. Both times I had to go pick it up myself. Terrible drivers, with terrible management. I dread getting things shipped through this carrier and avoid them at all costs.

It does not speak well of this company when you have a secured facility and prevent one of their drivers from entering until he enters his access code. His response is to call you an A**hole and state you are "one of those guys" and get aggressive. No stars and a total lack of class.

People may sometimes seem like they are a bit lost but they do the work right and fast. If you come here with a highway truck and a 53’ trailer it will be painfull to back up ?

Estes Kent has had my shipment for a week, and has been telling me it should be recieved by dispatch "tomorrow" and scheduled ever since.They put me on hold for 30 minutes to tell me the same thing today - we should get it in dispatch soon, and then we'll schedule it within 3 days after that, and who knows when it actually gets delivered.

I just had to pick up a smallish crate in a flat bed truck, but my experience was very good. Access was good, folks were very helpful and friendly, and my shipment was on time and undamaged. That is about all I can ask for.

Most of the clerks are very competent and eager to help with whatever needed and are very prompt. Steve runs a tight ship and should be commended for his efforts! :)

product arrived in good condition. driver had no trouble delivering a 1700 pound load (costco flooring) to the driveway.

Upon arrival at their office, we were asked to wear a maks and sign COVID19 forms. But when we got to the warehouse, we could see not a single employee was wearing a mask or keeping distance, including the person that brought us the merchandise. What a joke.
