I drove 15 hours and paid $2,400 for 20 days. When I got here, they told me they were fully booked and gave my room to someone else. Literally had to sleep in the car. Front desk lady could not be less bothered about it. Wouldn't even give me a pillow and a blanket to sleep in my car. Told me to wait until the manager came in the morning to give me a refund. So I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Hard to imagine worse customer service.

This is worse hotel to stay the picture they showing in the web site don't believe the smell in the hotel is really bad the person working in the night shift worse customer service smoking smell everywhere please don't book this hotel

This is the worse place to stay there customer service is really bad they charge me twice for one nights stay when I call them they it's charging by computer automaticay smell is really bad don't believe the picture on there web site don't waste your money

Decent drive from the Airport;
Faith at the front desk was very professional and welcoming!
We arrived earlier than the checking time but team at the front desk waved the early check-in fee.

Very clean rooms full kitchen and etc... All the workers at the front desk are wonderful, especially Faith, o yea, also a clean laundry room and it's not too far out the way from whatever it is you're trying to do I'm sure

Had to stay here for a couple of nights while my truck was getting worked on. I'll start with the customer service...ladies working the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms...they were nice. Beds were comfy and we like the kitchenette so we could cook. These were about the only things we liked. I travel with my wife and dog for our hot shot business. So we are in lots of different states all the time and have had to stay in places we did not care too. But we did not feel comfortable at all here. All kinds of people walking around the outside of the hotel. Doors have to be locked to keep them from coming in. People standing by the front door drinking and smoking weed. People by dumpster smoking weed. Area by the elevators had trash in the corners and stunk. I did not like having to take my dog out at night. Needless to say we were ready to leave after the 2nd night. Would not stay here again and really don't recommend it for those that like to feel safe and want peace and quiet.

This hotel has both its pros and cons. Cons outweigh the pros a little but still a good find. To start off, getting into the parking lot was a little difficult and there weren’t many places to park. We got into the room and there were a couple things that definitely needed upgrades like the broken light fixtures and drawer handles. Other than those few things, the room was very clean and spacious. The bed and sheets didn’t have any stains or holes and you could see under the bed which was also very clean. The room was spacious for what you get with an included comfy reclining chair. The bed actually felt good to lay in and it was very quiet all night with no issues from any other occupants. If you’re wanting to watch TV the less than 30 limited channels might not be for you so in that case bring your own Roku stick. In the morning the breakfast only included coffee/tea, oatmeal, and mini muffins, (also no vending or ice machines to be found) which is technically a breakfast but not what you’re probably looking for if you’re filtering searches for free breakfast. There was also quite a few homeless walking through parking lot with some being loud and disruptive for the few minutes they were here. Though it’s easy access to the road and services the location is probably not the best you can find. What I loved the most though was the staff and customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful, even showing us how to find good parking to our event. Throughout the whole stay every one of the employees made this an enjoyable stay. As a last minute reservation this place was not too bad.

Do not stay here unless you have literally no other option. This property is wildly rundown. Reeks of Marijuana inside and out. People urinate in the parking lot. The rooms look they were built in the 70s and left to survive a zombie apocalypse with no upkeep. Curtains falling off, missing drawers and cabinet doors, outlets that don't work, etc. Only upsides: staff is polite, and the rooms are clean despite their state of disrepair.
