First off really appreciated Donald S. Took time to walk through the process, expectations of themselves as well as myself, the facility was well taken care of from what my eyes could see, I didn’t see everything but inside the storage clean clean.The process to obtain the unit was swift and painless, either you want it or not. Just check it out. And for crying out loud don’t store food in a storage you only visit once a month. Help them out.

The experience here was good. Donald did a great job explaining everything. So helpful for a first time storage renter. This facility was very neat and clean. I just wish the their on-line info was more complete. More details as to insurance and it's cost, how the cost of the unit goes up once you reach the end of your time period even if you wish to renew for a longer time. Yes, it is a month to month leasing but no mention of the increase in the pricing or by how much.

My biggest thing is they told me one price, within a few months, they raised the price by close to $70, when I was told the price was going to stay the same, it’s happened twice in the just about a year of renting a unit there, aside from that, the place is well kept, polite staff, just wish they wouldn’t raise the prices up twice in a year
